**Welcome to Relaxing Sailor Sam’s Sauna River Retreat!**

Our updated one-story vacation home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bonus room, a jacuzzi, game room, and a sauna. Located on a peaceful canal just upriver from Hospital Hole, it’s only a 10/15-minute paddle to the main river in Weeki Wachee, FL.

This retreat is ideal for families, friends, or couples looking to escape the everyday hustle and immerse themselves in nature. With direct access to the Gulf and the Weeki Wachee headspring from the backyard dock, you'll enjoy a serene environment. We are conveniently located just 3 miles from Pine Island Beach and a 6 min short drive from Buccaneer Bay Water Park,, Crystal River, Tarpon Springs, etc.

Our spacious home accommodates up to 16 guests and features:
- 2 king beds (one in the primary room overlooking the water & one in bedroom #2)
- 5 queen beds, including:
- 2 queen sofa beds (one in the TV room and one in the bonus room)
- 1 queen Murphy bed (next to the TV room)
- 1 queen bunk bed (so 2 Queen Beds stacked) with a twin trundle setup (in bedroom #3)
- A hammock on the screened-in patio

Enjoy meals in the updated kitchen or relax in the screened-in patio overlooking the canal while sipping your favorite coffee or tea as you watch the kids play in the water. There's a bonus room with a Queen sofa bed with a fireplace. For your convenience, the laundry room is located just off the kitchen.

Outdoors, the float island mat is perfect for sunbathing or for kids to play. No jumping on the float mat or into the water (the tide varies so this could be dangerous). Our screened room over looks the canal. It's a great spot to unwind in the hammock while listening to the birds sing or take an afternoon nap. Kayak and fish right from your backyard with direct access to the Gulf using our kayaks, canoe, or stand-up paddleboards (SUP).

This property includes the use of 6 kayaks:

and all include paddles & life vests. One life vest is required per person per vessel. If 6/yrs or younger Florida state law requires the child to wear the life vest while in the water and/or on a water vessel. There is a current in the river and canals. That said, We recommend any child to wear a life vest when in the backyard as well as a safety precaution.

Buy souvenior towels, dry bags, ice bags, wood bundles and more. Attractions such as Weeki Wachee Springs, Orlando, Tarpon Springs, Crystal River, Brooksville, Clearwater, and Tampa are all within easy reach. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and relax in the living room, which features a Murphy bed. Each bathroom includes modern amenities, including a bidet.

This pet-free paradise is perfect for reconnecting with nature, family, friends, or simply enjoying some alone time to unwind.

This property includes a Vacation Starter Kit:
Kitchen: 1 new sponge, 1 small dish detergent, 3+dishwashing pods, 2 garbage liners, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 Keurig pods or grounds for 1 drip coffee pot
Bathroom: 2+ toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 1 travel sized shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, 1 handsoap
Laundry Rm: 2+ Laundry pods

This home has a full kitchen with pots/pans/utensils/serving ware/dishes/baking sheet/frigerator/dishwasher/microwave/oven/stove.

**Please Note:**
- No check-ins are permitted on Christmas Day, Easter Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Mother’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Father’s Day. A double cleaning fee will apply for check-ins on these days (when/if even available).
- A $60 boat docking fee is charged for any preapproved motorized water vessel (including trolling motors). If no permission is requested, a $100.00 Fee will be imposed. There is no charge for SUPs, kayaks, or tubes without motors.
- This is a pet-free home. Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional fees for cleaning, repairs, or replacements needed as a result.
