The Space:

Set directly on the water in Hernando Beach, this bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat was made for laid-back Florida getaways. Paddle from the backyard dock, fish without leaving the property, soak in the hot tub, or settle around the fire pit as the sun goes down.



Inside, you’ll find a fresh, comfortable space with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for up to 6 guests.



📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check in.

The Neighborhood:

Hernando Beach is a laid-back waterfront community known for canals, fishing, boating, local seafood, tiki bars, and easy access to Florida’s Nature Coast.



You’ll be tucked away in a quieter coastal setting while still being just a short drive from Weeki Wachee Springs, parks, beaches, restaurants, and everyday essentials.



It’s a great location for guests who want a relaxing waterfront stay without giving up easy access to things to do.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended.



Weeki Wachee Springs, local parks, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and other Hernando Beach attractions are all within an easy drive.



The home also makes a great base for exploring more of Florida’s Gulf Coast, including Tampa and St. Petersburg.

⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.



🔥 Grill Information: A propane grill is available for guest use in the outdoor area. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange. We are happy to reimburse the cost of one propane refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.



🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



🚼 Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE:

🗑️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.



Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
