The general manager she was on the overall cleanliness is phenomenal the way the staff handle situations emergency that arise and the interaction with the guests on first name basis seem like in most cases. The friendly staff the overall atmosphere and attitude in the hotel speak to nothing but good training and customer service so kudos to your general manager there and I will continue to stay at this hotel and recommended to all my family and friends when staying in the Weeki Wachee area

When we arrived they were closed however that I cannot hold against them since the system was down…we waited 20 min for check in but they were super nice. The property itself was ok for the price we paid however my problem is as soon as I sat down on the bed a baby cockroach crawled on the pillow!!!!! Absolutely was disgusted! The ac either froze you out or you were sweating there was no inbetween and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. The saving grace for this place was the staff, I know you get what you pay for however I don’t remember paying for a roach to stay with me in my room. I wouldn’t stay again.

paint peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom & light switch doesn't turn on the light, bc there's no bulb where a light was..a switch by the sink turns a different light (as bright as the sun) on & there's an exposed wire hanging out of it. the floor is really uneven by the sink which is maybe 2.5 ft from the floor. there's no refrigerator or microwave, no lights were left on wen i got in the room close to 8pm. the deadbolt doesn't lock/work. it's more like a homeless shelter with people hanging around outside & playing music from their rooms. sorry to sound picky/snooty but I have to b honest. I've stayed in waaaay worse & u get wat u pay for. this place never looked appealing wen I did live in the area years ago but it's right across the street from weeki wachee water park & it's affordable if ur on a tight budget. the front desk lady was very nice. it's a very large hotel but to have only 1 ice machine all the way up at the front of the hotel was kind of annoying & the outside of it is very unkempt..holes in the brick where something used to be. it just looks beat up & could use some TLC

Convenient location to Weeki Wachi Springs, friendly staff, checking in and out was a breeze, quiet and safe in common areas and pool was clean and fun. Everything was positive hotel is older so stuff is a bit outdated but was clean for the most part. Had to get something out of our vehicle in the evening and a sketchy person was walking around the parking lot asking for a lighter. But felt safe with the common areas and during the day.

Bugs came out of the faucet. Sign in lobby was first time notified the hotel has no hot water. The floor was filthy and sticky. I put on socks and they turned black from walking. Hotel was in disrepair. Tub wouldn’t drain. The sheets had a sweat smell to them. The hotel was gross.

Bedding and towels were fine. No frills. Bar soap and nothing more. Floors turned our feet black from dirt. I knew it was a budget hotel but I was less than impressed.

No hot water, did no tell us until we arrived and it was too late to move, pool out of operation also and again we were not informed. Ice maker was not working. Overflowing trash cans, cigarette butts all over. A complete disgrace of a hotel!!

We didn't have hot water for 4 days. They acted like it was nothing. We were told we would get $50 knocked off our bill. Haven't heard or heard anything about it.

This was the okayist motel/hotel I’ve stayed in over the past 30 years. No amenities, pool and hot tub were closed. Hot water heater exploded after out first night and we had to change rooms to a much less comfortable room and harder beds. The staff was nice and helpful but obviously very aware with what they were dealing with. This motel used to be a resort hotel with live music and shows plus a lounge with food and a bar. Motel 6 has let that all go by the waste side and it’s side

First time
Corey at the front desk was amazing. Totally understanding of my situation and helped me to resolved it. The next day the lady on call at the front desk also was very kind and ready to help. She was patient and was calm even though she had about 7 people waiting to be served. The front desk is amazing. The room floor could have been a little cleaner and there.l was a couple of bugs (roaches) crawled across the wall. But I know they can’t be totally preventable. Would I stay there again, I would because the front desk won me over.
