MANATEE COVE Swim and paddle with the manatees! WATERFRONT attached apartment right on the main Weeki Wachee River -- not a canal! This is a very rare 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house 1/2 acre property with 130' of waterfront offering uninterrupted views. The water from the Weeki Wachee magnitude one spring is lovely and clean and stays at 72 to 74 year round. While most of the manatees are in the river from December to April guests spotted at least one almost every day in the summer. The water is shallow and sandy immediately in front of the house so it is safe for kids. You can wade in directly from the dock and play on a large sandbar.

Two bedrooms have a queen bed, one bedroom has a double, a large master bedroom with a king bed and sitting area with views of the river, and two common areas have pullout sofa beds. One pullout is a king size and the other is a queen size. Nearby are excellent hiking trails if you want to take a break from the water. 5 singles, 2 junior, 1 SUP (kayaks may vary, additional rentals available nearby) Towels provided. All bedding is brand new.

There is also a fenced yard to enjoy and plenty of parking with a gate for security. Fishing charters, kayak rentals and boat rentals nearby. Also lots of restaurants from fish fry chow down to finer dining. The BBQ and fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and two full kitchens that has everything you need to cook in your Manatee Cove vacation home.



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $200 is required at time of booking. This is collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

SECURITY CAMERA: There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.
