Our homely 2011, 33-foot RV/Camper features two tastefully decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering comfortable lodging for two guests. A tranquil night`s sleep awaits in a plush Queen-sized bed, and unforgettable relaxation beckons from our massage lounger. Take your leisure time outdoors in our fenced backyard, perfect for quiet meals, absorbing a good read by the fire pit, or just enjoying the stars.
While we`re located proximate to a main road, we continually strive to optimize your stay`s quality. Our camper may have a compact kitchen and a smaller bathroom, but our commitment to enhancing your stay never wanes. Our unique setting and homely touches allow us to offer affordable rates without compromising comfort.
Guests have access to our entire RV/Camper, including a private, fully fenced backyard and parking for one standard-sized vehicle on the premises. Please note we`re on a main road, so caution is advised. Additional alternative street parking is also available.
Our functional kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, and a trendy air-fryer for your culinary adventures. We maintain a strict cleanliness protocol to prevent any unpleasant odors or unwelcome insects. Ultrasonic sensors are installed around the RV for added safety.
**Check-In Note**
For an optimized check-in experience, the primary guest must complete an online pre-arrival form via Charge Automation. This helps us gather pertinent travel information, ensuring you are fully apprised of our property rental terms and conditions. Please note that our management office closes at 8:00 PM.

-No Smoking inside the property or near open doorways. In addition we ask to please be respectful of our property and environment. Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground or near the building.
- Upon availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are charged at $25/hour, with early check-ins no earlier than 12(noon) and late checking-outs no later than 12(noon).
Unexpected Late Check-Outs are charged at $100/hour.
-Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e. Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guest are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.
-Pets allowed. Guest are welcome to bring 1 pet with a pet fee, $50. Pets are to be walked outside the property daily and picked up after. If an incident happens, guest are to immediately clean after their pet. There will be an added cleaning fee of $50 for any pet waste removal.

Additional Guest(s) - $20 per guest per night.
- When cooking, please remember to open a window and turn on the kitchen vent or exhaust fan. Proper ventilation helps prevent smoke and strong odors from building up, which can trigger smoke detectors and affect neighboring units.
Reporting an Issue
We encourage guests to report any issues promptly. When a guest encounters an issue, we ask that they:
1. Communicate with our team — we are a dedicated team and will respond quickly to address any issue.
2. Document the issue using the agency message thread, photos, or other verifiable means.
3. Guests must report any cleanliness or maintenance concerns within 12 hours of check-in so we may address them immediately. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to provide remedies or refunds.
Host Inspection and Confirmation
To ensure accurate resolution, our team must be given the opportunity to inspect, confirm, and address any reported issues. Due to the prevalence of today’s powerful media manipulation tools, all issues must be verified by our team before action is taken. Any unconfirmed issues that are not presented in a manner allowing us to inspect or resolve will be considered invalid.
Important Note: If an inspection determines that the reported issue is non-existent or not valid, guests may be held responsible for the inspection fee.

- To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored. We have an extra trash bin placed outside the main house for any extra trash.
- Parking: We have space for 1 vehicle inside our gated lot. You can opt to park inside or on the Main Street in front of the house, (not the driveway). Just between the driveway and the mailboxes.
- Gates: To minimize visits from unwanted animals and avoid any damage to our property, we ask that our gate remains closed at all times during your stay.
