Enjoy our private boat dock and explore the open water on our stand-up paddle board or kayak. Relax on the outdoor covered patio while you fire up the grill and watch some football on the outdoor TV. Roast s’mores over an open fire while challenging each other to a game of corn hole in the grassy back yard. Enjoy a warm drink and good book in front of the wood burning indoor fireplace in the cold winter months. The main entry level features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen that features wood and beam cathedral ceilings, granite countertops with bar seating at island, a gas stovetop, a wood burning fireplace, a beverage station, and a large smart TV.
There are three exits from this space out onto the large wrap around deck that includes a covered comfortable seating area, TV with cable & Netflix, string lights for a relaxing evening ambiance, a space heater for winter months, a gas grill, a second seating area, and an additional dining table for 4 with an umbrella. The main level has the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, 65” smart TV and a luxurious master bath that includes a double vanity, separate toilet room, stand-up shower and separate tub. There is also a full bath and guest room with a queen bed and TV on the main level.
Downstairs you will find a common area with a billiards table and large TV. The door leads out to a lower level patio with a large spa, seating area and a perfect place to hang our Eno hammock in the shade. This patio is level with the spacious grassy back yard and fire pit, for roasting s’mores of course!
There are three bedrooms downstairs, two with king beds, and one with custom built 2 twins over 2 queens bunk bed configuration. Perfect for kids, but also comfortable for adults! The bunk room has a TV and an in-room vanity. One downstairs king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and TV. There is an adjoining full bathroom between the other two bedrooms. All smart TVs have cable and Netflix.
In the garage, there is a golf cart available for use on the quaint wooded path that leads from the house to the waterfront/private boat dock. It is a delightful shaded walk that takes less than 5 minutes. (Approx. 200 yards.) The private two-story dock has an upper deck for enjoying the beautiful lake view. During May-October, guests are welcome to dock their boat and/or jet ski in our open boat slip or jet ski lift. The launch ramps at Watt's Bar Dam are a 15-minute drive and a 5-minute boat ride from our property. Lake water levels are lowered during winter months. Reference the TVA Operating Guide for Watt's Bar Lake for more details online. Boat rentals are available from 3 different local marinas, listed below.
We also have two paddle boards, an open water kayak, and life jackets of various sizes available for your enjoyment on the water. While the lake is not visible from the house, the easy close access makes it a wonderful amenity to enjoy.
There are three local marinas that rent boats. They are all a little under 30 min from the house by car. We suggest booking ahead of time.
* Blue Springs Marina / The Crow’s Nest: Boat rentals and a lake front dining option with a family atmosphere. Weekly dinner specials and seasonal live music!
* Terrace View Marina/Restaurant: Boat rentals and restaurant.
* Arrowhead Resort / The Front Porch Restaurant: Boat rentals and restaurant. Checkwebsite for seasonal hours. Serves breakfast.

This hidden gem is conveniently located approximately 1 hour south of Knoxville, 1 hour north of Chattanooga, and 2.5 hours from Nashville. Watts Bar Lake is 38,000 acres of fishing, swimming, and boating paradise.
The quaint town of Spring City offers a grocery store and several restaurants, just 15 minutes away. There is also a Dollar General 7 minutes away for any last minute needs.
Under an hour away, you can visit Fall Creek Falls State Park, Lost Sea Caverns, Crossville golf courses & outlet mall, several wineries, Sweetwater Valley cheese, Mayfield Dairy, or the historic downtown Dayton, TN.
Driving just over an hour will get you to either Chattanooga or Knoxville area attractions such as Neyland Stadium, Knoxville Zoo, Lookout Mountain with Rock City & Ruby Falls, Chattanooga Aquarium, Chickamauga Civil War Battlefield, art museums, theatres, and much more.
It would also be easy to take a day trip to the attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville such as Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley’s, Dixie Stampede, etc.
If you choose to bring a boat or jet ski, we recommend using the ramps at Watt's Bar Dam Reservation, as you cannot launch from our property. The dam is a 15 minute drive from the house and about a 5 minute boat ride to our dock. There is a second smaller boat launch about 5 minutes from the house.
We recommend Blue Springs Marina, Arrowhead Resort, or Terrace View Marina for Bass Boat and Pontoon Boat Rentals. We advise reserving these prior to your stay.
