The house sits on a shared lot and is nestled behind the primary residence. Both homes have their own private entrances and the yard is divided by a 6 foot fence offering both residences complete comfort and privacy.

The Space:
This home was designed with convenience and comfort in mind. It is perfect for a small group of 4 or a single person traveling for work. The bedroom boasts an extremely inviting queen mattress that is so comfortable you may never want to leave. In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa offering additional sleeping space. Relax and unwind while watching your favorite show on our 55” wall mounted smart TV. 


Don’t let the small kitchen fool you, it is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals on-site! You will also find an all in one washer/dryer located in the kitchen for your convenience.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire guest home behind the primary residence. The guest home is accessible by the alley behind the primary residence and has it's own driveway. Please do not open the gate in the partition fence during your stay as the other side is for other guest's use.

The Neighborhood:
Nice and quiet neighborhood on the north side of Spokane

Getting Around:
Please park in the back of the unit accessible via the alleyway. Thank you!

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.
