«we stayed there last night. The room was awesome. Breakfast was not great. Waffles was the best hot food option. The staff was friendly enough. The parking garage was full and a few people where double parked. It was my understanding that wasnt tolerated. As a result we had to park on the street. Our car was broken into and we lost about 200 bucks worth of crochet hooks and yarn. The parking situation is inadequate and dangerous. I think more people would find accommodations elsewhere since ...

«Mattress springs on one side of the bed was broken.»

«We stayed on the lowest level room, and the bathroom was moldy in the shower. Everything else seemed clean. I’m glad we only stayed one night. The rest of the property seemed clean and nice so I was disappointed. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. The staff and everything else seemed fine.»

«Bra hotell, romslige rom, utmerket service og flott beliggenhet for den som er flyinteressert. Husk å be om rom mot flystripa om slikt er av interesse. God frokost og masse parkering. Og naturligvis ideell beliggenhet om man skal på besøk til Boeing.»

«we travel to this hotel once a month when we visit Dad. We understand that the hotel is dated but it is always clean. This time the room they gave us, the toilet handle broke and the bathroom light went off. We had to pull the lever in the toilet tank for the toilet to flush. The light didn't work off and on. I was not happy with my stay this time. I talked the general manager in the morning. He said they would fixed it. I didn't get any compensation for my stay.»

«Helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast.»

«Owner/Manager refused to refund me a $50 deposit because the room smelled bad and pillow case was removed from the pillow, which she said was "stained & damaged". Which is considered as the room being "trashed" according to their policy. Owner enterupted me during the phone call several times and was rude. I was given a wrong room with a single bad when I arrived, and had to ask for a 2 bed like I booked online. Poor room service, poor costumer service, and rude owners. During my 2 night stay, ...

«Pro: Free parking Con: Finding the dang hotel was my first frustration. It is tucked behind a casino and another hotel. Got checked in and went to my room to drop off my belongings before heading out. I always do a quick check of the sheets and mattress and I discovered a nasty looking stain at the head of the bed on the mattress protector. I wasn't sure if it was just a set in stain or something more recent so, as I left the hotel, I requested that the bedding be changed. Upon my return ...
