Walking distance to restaurants, parks, lakefront, swimming beach, and boat launch. It is 15min from Silverwood and 30min from Priest River, Lake Pend Oreille, and Coeur d'Alene. Fully fenced backyard, garage parking, and space to park RV or a trailer.

3 night stay

My family and I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights. When we arrived there were still dishes in the dish washer that needed to be put away and there were no towels. After spending $50 on towels we later found some in the dryer (huge inconvenience). The owner did apologies for the dishes and handled it with the cleaning crew. All of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. The dishes were still dirty, the pans were horrible and stuck to all my food. Additionally, there was a blue truck who would block us in the driveway or would make it difficult for us to park. Overall, the house had a homey, clean, comfortable feel to it. I rent these homes out for my family pretty regular and was disappointed with this one. The neighbor was not friendly which gave the whole trip an eerie feeling to it.

Perfect for a family

Clean, comfortable with everything you need!! This was my first time getting a vacation home for our family, this experience has sold me, no more hotels! The owner was amazing with communication. We slept great in the beds and you couldn’t beat the price! We will definitely book this home again when we visit the area in the future!

Property had all the amenities we needed for our family to stay. Host was quick to reply to questions we had. Quick trip to Silverwood and back, it beat staying in Spokane and driving in. Thanks for letting us use your property!

Cute, comfortable home

The home offered several bedrooms and two baths there was a large living area and plenty of seating for 8 at the dining table. It was close to the quaint downtown section and Spirit Lake.

The host was very helpful to resolve some issues when we arrived and was very nice. Disappointed that we had to go out and purchase toilet paper and paper towels when they were supposed to be supplied. Also that our dishwasher was not working the entire time, we just washed them by hand with only watered down dish soap that was there. We overall enjoyed our stay just some fine tuning to details was all!

Family get together

We had a very comfortable weekend with the family. The home was very clean and had all the necessary things we needed to enjoy our stay. Considering that VRBO messed up on their site the dates available, the owner insured that we were taken care of even with losing one day because of VRBO's site issues. Thank you so much for the follow up and the wonderful weekend.

Good location

The house was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the little downtown and lake. The master bed was a little too soft for us but we like a firm mattress so some might really like it if you enjoy a softer bed. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Comfortable home, as advertised

Our group of 8 (two adults, our two teens and 4 of their friends) stayed here while we visited Silverwood. The house was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood felt safe, the neighbors were friendly, and it was a short 20 minute drive to Silverwood. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but it worked well for us for our needs. There really weren't any issues, but the owner responded very quickly to some questions I had and never made me feel like a pest for reaching out. Very nice experience overall.

Beautiful home and location!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week. We had 4 adults, 2 tweens and 2 kids. The house was very clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets and there was also 8 nice beach towels. The air conditioning kept it nice and cool, even when it was over 90 degrees most of the week. We spent three days at Silverwood, we spent a day at Beaver Bay and a day exploring Coeur d’Alene. We took nightly walks down to the park playground and we had a delicious meal at Mi Pueblo. We had such a great time and would strongly recommend this property!

Great place!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in Spirit Lake at this property. We were in town from Wisconsin for a family wedding. We had 4 adults and 2 teens, and we all were very comfortable in the home. Lots of space to relax. The neighbors were all very friendly and it is a very quiet area close to everything in town and the lake. The home was updated and very clean. The host provided so many nice things like coffee, laundry detergent, extra bedding and cooking items. The few minor items we noted that would have been nice to have were darkening curtains (the sun is BRIGHT) early, nightlights for bathrooms and some Kleenex. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay! It made our trip easy and comfortable.

Adorable house short drive to Silverwood

This beautifully decorated home sits in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space inside and plenty of parking. My teens and I hadn’t been to Silverwood before and this was a great location- we even came home in the afternoon to rest, and re-energize before going back for the second half of the day. The drive was easy and short. The owner was communicative and responsive the few times I had a question about things. The one down side to the location was not having many options in town for dinner/late night food…. I was hopeful there would be some shops/an arcade, something geared towards kids/teens….. We would finish at the park and my teens were starving (when are teens not starving?!) everything closed at 9pm near the house, even the grocery store. I should’ve researched those details better when booking so I wasn’t caught off guard by that. But that just meant more meals at home, which wasn’t a bad thing (I think I hoped I wouldn’t have to cook as much on vacation) So if you’re thinking about booking this house, do it!! Just plan accordingly for meals, or later night options. We had a lovely stay!

Great place

This property was beautifully clean and new and perfect for our needs. It might be helpful to have some night lights in halls, bathrooms and bedrooms for ease of movement at night as well as some lamps. The lighting was adequate but harsh in the evening. We did have some trouble with the WiFi network disappearing, but we just used our own phones as hot spots and were just fine. Would definitely recommend this location!

Beautiful home with great access to everything around!

I wonder if the owner is an interior decorator because the house is just adorable and emits such a feeling of calmness to it. The color scheme of greys, creme, and white is very enjoyable while on vacation. The owner is suuuuuper nice and quick to reply if you need her. The house was ridiculously clean. We walked barefoot on the flooring the entire time and our feet were clean! That’s so rare! The bathrooms were well stocked and the towels are folded so cute! The kitchen has everything you need. We even made cookies. The internet worked great! There’s a Roku there and you can just log into your own Netflix and take off where you left off! This property is close to all the local food places, the Mexican restaurant is amazing (their picadillo is bomb), and close to a park with a large playground. It’s an easy drive to Farragut State Park, Silverwood theme park, and skiing. The neighbors across the street are very friendly. If you come with a dog, be aware that we couldn’t find any leash laws in this town, and there are a few large dogs in close proximity with no leash or fence. They never bothered us once. To be clear, they NEVER ONCE came into this property or even barked at us. I’m only saying this because if YOU have a dog that isn’t socialized and could attack another dog- like we do- take extra care to watch your dog to be fair to the neighbors. Overall this was by far the best rental house ever ever stayed in, even the ones 4x the cost.
