«Nice location... the description of the house is as per the listing, and we did have a good family time. However, I would recommend better housekeeping since cleanliness was good, and would also recommend changing the main room mattress, since it was not comfortable. Other than that, it is a cute little place!!»

«The property was nice and secluded. We brought our dogs and they had plenty of room to play around. The house was so corky and cute! We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night and star gazing! There was zero light pollution and I even saw a shooting star! We had a blast and definitely recommend this place»

«Beautiful location directly on New River. Cabin was well appointed but there was a slow leak at the base of the upstairs toilet. Not sure if the seal needs replacing or the toilet just needs to be tightened up a bit. Also, the seat needs to be replaced or tightened up. I would also recommend replacing the charcoal grill. One of the wheels is broken and wants to fall off when moving the grill. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.»

«We enjoyed the quiet and remote features of this private Lansing oasis. Unfortunately while the gas fireplace wasn't working, we were able to run into town and buy wood for the wood burning stove. Definitely recommend for a winter getaway and know the gas fireplace will be repaired soon. Property manager was quick to respond and contact the appropriate maintenance staff. After working on the fireplace for a good hour, it was determined the controller needed replacing. Would certainly return for ...

«This was our second stay at this cute, comfy and cozy cabin in the woods. The owners go above and beyond in supplying all of the things you might have left home or don’t want to scramble to the store for…. Shampoo, soaps, paper towels, napkins, coffee, spices, etc. It’s so nice to go to a rental that’s not just bare bones. We enjoyed beautiful hiking at Stone Mountain, then grilling and relaxing on the back porch, listening to the quiet of this peaceful place. We’ll be back, I hope!»

«Neat cottage in the woods. Owners are on the property ( in another location) and very nice. Especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch. A creek is on the property and can be heard from the porch. Perfect for the two of us. Enjoyed going to Sparta, never been there before. Close enough to a lot of places for hikes and antique hunting. All around, the most relaxing stay we have had in a long while. We’ll go again.»

«The Fox Ridge Mt Cabin is beautiful and comfortable. Its close proximity to great outdoor adventure, golf and downtown Sparta was perfect for a long weekend trip with the family. We all wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be coming back. Check in and host communications are superb.»
