"A bit to far from the city and the beach"

"We were really looking forward to our 8-night stay and paid a premium expecting a true 5-star experience. Unfortunately, the reality was a huge disappointment. The room was incredibly small — barely enough space to walk around with two suitcases and clothes for an 8-day stay. The limited space made it uncomfortable, and the cleaning was average at best. Our balcony faced a noisy parking lot, offering a terrible view and none of the peace we had hoped for. Breakfast was far from what you'd expect at a luxury hotel — mostly sugary pastries, very little in terms of healthy or standard options like eggs or even bread. Items constantly ran out and we had to ask for basics like glasses, coffee, and refills, waiting for staff to get to us. There was no coffee or tea provided in the room. A machine could be requested, but you have to pay for the coffee capsules — again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The beach area was another letdown. Only four sunbeds were available for free, without umbrellas. Everything else required payment — starting from €100 per day. For a hotel that charges premium rates, having to pay extra just to lay comfortably on the beach is unacceptable. The on-site restaurant was also overpriced with a limited menu. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. I’ve travelled extensively and stayed in many true 5-star hotels around the world — this unfortunately was not one of them."

"Kjempefint sted, med fantastisk stranda og mange muligjeter til å utforske byen/område. Hotell er fin, men trenger litt renovering - det var mugg på veggene på badet og rommet, dog ikke så mye, men synlig. Anbefaler å booke parkering på forhånd (betaler 20e/døgn) men det er et stort parkeringsplass ikke så langt unna som koster noe billigere per døgn. Snille vaskedamer, de gjør en kjempefin jobb. Ellers et fint sted som man ønsker seg tilbake til."

"This was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The rooms are clean and modern, so that's a plus. But it seemed like they don't understand what a 5 star hotel is. TBH the whole thing felt like a Ryanair version for hotels, where they grossly overcharged you for everything to the point where I was happy the air was free eventually. I primarily booked the hotel due to the dock, which is promoted on their profile, but when we got to the hotel, they told us it was closed due to a storm earlier that year. They did not inform us whatsoever beforehand, probably so we wouldn't cancel our stay. The "private" beach photos are cleverly taken as the beach is just a small plot of sand in the middle of a massive public beach. It also takes about 20 minutes to drive there. We ordered lunch there one day, but the food took around 2 hours to arrive, and they told us constantly that the food was just around the corner. They even prepared a table for us at the beach and just had us sitting there for 1 hour... I tried to inform a lady in reception about this incident, but she just looked at me like I was in the wrong. The pool does not support nearly enough people either, so it's impossible to get a sunbed there. To sum up. The hotel itself is nice-looking and clean, with an ok breakfast. But given the price you pay per night, I would recommend booking somewhere else. If you do decide to stay here, then you should just be prepared to pay around 100 euros per day extra. "

"Fantastisk resort i nydelig og frodig omgivelse. Spesielle fjellformasjoner i området. Veldi hyggelige servitører i restauranten. Maten var svært god både til frukost og middag. Anbefaler bl.a. pasta med kjøttdeig av villsvin og tomat, som smakte himmelsk!! Rommene var romslige og vakre! Alt i alt en drøm av et hotell!! "
