Nice city, nice hotel. Good breakfast. Free parking. Very convenient to live here if you wish to visit "Les Thermes de Spa". The training facilities at the hotel were disappointing.

Pent hotell med perfekt beliggenhet
Dette er et hotell med høy standard. Beliggenhet er super i Spa. Noe trangt på rommet for 2 voksen og 1 barn, men ok. Bra frokost. Veldig god service av den i resepsjonen som kunne godt engelsk, store språklige problemer med den andre damen da fransk ikke er min sterke side.

Prima zeer schoon en goed onderhouden hotel, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt en diner. Personeel spreekt helaas vaak uitsluitend Frans en is soms wat onhandig.

This hotel made me check-in after 5pm. I never had such experience before. Even the Ibis does a better job at accomodating guests. I had stayed at the Radisson Frankfurt and the service was excellent. Here at the Radisson Spa during breakfast they told me they could not make poached eggs. Very disappointing service, poor customer service from reception desk. I would not recommend the hotel.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and as usual the facilities were good, although the check in experience was disappointing as we had to wait over 90 minutes after the check in time for our room to be ready. It appeared this was because new TVs were being fitted to the rooms, but there did not seem to be any priority given to getting the rooms ready for those people who were trying to check inn.

Er zijn echter ook openbare parkeerplaatsen voor het hotel en extra gratis parkeermogelijkheden op 200-300 meter afstand van het hotel. European motorcycle tour
The hotel was a two night base for a motorcycle tour of the area, we had a very slow check-in, the breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of selection to choose from. The staff were helpful and polite.

In short: l’hotel per chi va a SPA per le terme LOCATION. Se andate a SPA per le Terme, questo hotel è un MUST! Le terme si raggiungono con una funicolare che ha due corsie: una di queste è riservata all’hotel. Uscite dalla vostra stanza in accappatoio, raggiungete il primo piano dell’hotel e avete un corridoio che vi porta al vostro accesso “privato” alla funivia per le terme. L’hotel è grande, spazioso e con un’area fitness che dà accesso sulla terrazza da cui si può vedere un bellissimo panorama! CAMERE. Essenziali e sobrie. Sconsiglio le suite: non sono, secondo me, di adeguato standard (bagno troppo piccolo ad esempio). SORPRESA. Entrando nella sala fitness al quarto piano, si accede a una terrazza meravigliosa da cui si vede tutta SPA. Vista mozzafiato SERVIZI. In questo hotel, ahimè, si paga davvero tutto! ;-) Ad esempio: per avere un ombrello in prestito, occorre lasciare una cauzione di 25 euro (sob!). A colazione, le bevande calde dal bar si pagano a parte. STAFF. Il check-in è stato un po’ “freddo”, ma nel complesso il personale è gentile e professionale. Straordinario lo staff della colazione

Bed and pillow were absolutely horrible. We had the queen size and when laid upon, the bed began to shape like a ‘v’, therefore pushing us both to the middle. Pillows are too soft. So much for a good night sleep… The rest of the room and bathroom were decent. The shampoo and shower gel smelled quite good. Almost took the remainder with us when we left. Furthermore, the room provided ample opportunity to charge our devices (both normal sockets and USB ones). I am personally quite fond of that. Breakfast was ok, but the croissants were absolutely disgusting. I would expect a decent crunchy one, not a microwaved-like soft piece of butter dough. Also took an apple when we left the restaurant but, unfortunately, it was over-ripe. Coffee was quite decent. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Would I recommend? I might, provided they change the bed first and ensure proper croissants for breakfast. I really like sleep and a good croissant in the morning…

Well appointed, central chain hotel
Nice, central hotel handy for the thermes or the circuit. Modern, clean interior with well appointed rooms. Restaurant menu is little limited but reasonably priced only one chicken option, two beef (one a steak, one a burger). Two vegetarian options. Could do a little more variety for a hotel of this class.

Proper hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en restaurant biedt culinaire gerechten die heel goed smaken. Matras was jammer genoeg wat door gelegen aan één zijde. Moeilijk parkeren, ondergronds was geen plek en is duur.

Graag informeren wij dat er op 200m van het hotel verschillende gratis parkeergelegenheden zijn. Op 70m van het hotel is er tevens een publieke parking voor een tarief van 25/24h. De ondergrondse prive parking van het hotel biedt slechts 40 plaatsen aan tegen een tarief van 18/24h. La promesse du petit déjeuner non honoré!
Meilleur accueil que l'année passée mais toujours pas de petit déjeuner servi avant 7h bien que celui ci soit facturé et malgré la promesse à la réponse du commentaire précédant de l'année dernière. Une machine à café est maintenant à disposition avec quelque barres de céréales et une coupe avec 3 ou 4 fruits, ça fait cher le petit déjeuner mais surtout c'est assez exaspérant.
