Bedrooms

Three private bedrooms (one of them a loft) with queen beds, quality linens, and comfortable furnishings. Two additional queen sleeper sofas provide extra flexibility for families or larger groups.



Bathrooms

Two bathrooms (w/o bath tubs) with modern fixtures, stocked with towels and essentials to accommodate groups with ease.



Living Areas

Each unit has its own living area featuring comfortable seating, natural light, and a Smart TV for entertainment after a day of exploring.



Kitchens and Dining

Two fully equipped kitchens with full-size appliances, cookware, and dining essentials make preparing meals easy and convenient for groups of all sizes.



Outdoor Space

Located on a private one-acre lot, the property offers quiet forest surroundings while being just steps from local shops, restaurants, and harbor views.



Note: Hot tub is not available for use during the winter season.

• Charlotte Rhoades Park & Butterfly Garden: Approximately a 10-minute walk. A lovely spot featuring perennial and annual flowers that attract butterflies, offering a peaceful nature escape.

• Wendell Gilley Museum: About a 12-minute walk. Learn about Southwest Harbor’s folk-art heritage in a cozy gallery dedicated to master woodcarver Wendell Gilley.

• Butterfly Garden (same as Charlotte Rhoades Park): Just restated to underscore appeal.

• Nearby Shops & Galleries: Within a 1-mile walk to the village center. Explore charming local galleries, bookstores, boutiques, and cafés—all within easy reach.

• Seawall Beach & Picnic Areas: Accessible by walking or short drive. Scenic coastal areas ideal for casual strolls or relaxing by the water.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to both apartments, each with a smart lock for easy, contactless check-in. Come and go on your own schedule, whether heading out early for a hike or returning after dinner in town.



Other Things to Note:

Southwest Harbor offers a serene harbor, breathtaking scenery, and a welcoming community. It is the quieter alternative to Bar Harbor, giving guests easy access to Acadia while also providing a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day.



Additional Note: For reservations of 29 nights or longer, a security deposit will be required. This is a standard policy for extended stays and helps cover any potential damages or excessive wear and tear. The deposit will be collected prior to check-in and is fully refundable after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition.
