«The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. »

«Hadde bestilt et større rom, men fikk tilbud om å få flytte inn i et av rommene som var nylig renovert. Rommet var stort og fint. Rolig område. Mulighet for å selv vaske klær på hotellet. »

«Rooms are clean and spacious. air conditioning is great. The lighting in the room is quite dim, maybe there could be more lights or brighter lights. Also amenities are quite sufficient. Would be even better if there could be a full closet provided instead of only a area to hang clothes. Breakfast options could be increased or atleast updated frequently.»

«Exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, fogging up the mirror and leave the ceiling so condensed with water evaporation caused by the hot/warm water when taking a shower. Also some of the light switch on the dining was not working. No toiletries, hair dryer was not there.»

«I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. »

«The staff was very nice and helped in getting us a couple of extra request we needed. The only comment I’d make for some improvement would be to update in usb ports for charging phone etc. Lowering the bathing products so younger shorter kids can reach them and an adjustable shower to make it lower and easier for shorter than a 6 ft person to adjust the spray head and lastly heavier comforters for the bedding. Had to ask for more blankets. Otherwise nice room at a good price and staff was very ...

«Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised.»

«Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am.»

The room was nicely cleaned except for the bathroom floor and carpet. Looks like it just didn't get done that day. «First floor rooms have vaulted ceilings; lighting was great throughout the room; large bathroom was definitely a plus-room to move around in even if more than one person; and most of all great price for a last-minute reservation. Only negative is the noise in the above room, otherwise no other issues. Would recommend booking this hotel. »
