Hoteller i Southside

«I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. «Room was great just didn't like that it had an adjoining room connected and it does not say that when you book the room. Also shower and sink water very oily not sure what that is about but was not satisfied with that. Then my card was overcharged and to resolve the issue took some days. Manager handled well but never got an explanation on why I had multiple charges. But I did get a refund. But I dont think I would return because of the water and very noisy all night doors slamming at all hours»

«Ez check in and out friendly staff quite area lots to do and places to eat in this area .nicely priced and not to far from downtown we love it»

«The parking lot was always full»

«Very nice people. No amenities like coffee pot, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner in your room. Also stayed for two days and no one came to clean room empty trash or replenish towels.»

«We picked this place because of its proximity to the Lackland graduation, as most people do. However, outside the room was a nightmare. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10»

«Under renovation but very helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Off the beaten path but worth it.»

«Lo único que fue ; es que estaba audio el parqueadero . Todo lo demas excelente el cuarto super limpio y el desayuno también»

«The staff could’ve been a little bit nicer»
