«Very poor front desk service»

«The staff at Hyatt Place were exceptional. We stayed there for several nights while waiting to get an apartment in the area, and with two small kids and a lot of luggage we required a lot of special treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt right at home and well taken care of. The staff were friendly with the kids and were even allowed to store our things in their storage room for a few days. »

«Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.»

«The hotel looks like an older castle style building from the outside. Inside the lobby was very clean and the person at the registration desk was very pleasant. Our room was quite large and very clean. As a matter of fact we could still smell the cleaning agent that was used to clean the floors. «My husband and I had two nights booked and we left after the first night and went somewhere else. The room was just nasty. Right when we walked in the door, there was stuff splattered/stuck on the wall. Every nook, cranny, and crevice was just dirty. Like, they clean the necessities (bed, shower, sink, toilet) and they haven't cleaned anything else in who knows how long. Every piece of furniture was damaged in some form or another.
