«Ok hotel, but horrible service. The booking info and the room we actually got was not even close,- the area is boring, and far away from everything. Great golfcourse, but find yourself another hotel, and drive here to play golf.»

«This historic hotel is right downtown in the best location for walking around. The pool and hot tub were a nice reprieve from the heat and we could head right back out into town. St Augustine is a beautiful, fun town and we were glad to stay in a hotel that matched the Spanish, historic feel. Definitely recommend staying here.»

«Fantastic, authentic property. Pat made us feel welcome from the first minute. Cookies and wine, fantastic gourmet breakfast and lovely pool. Spacious room in a gorgeous period property. Comfortable walking distance to local sites. Really couldn’t ask for more. We’ll certainly remember this stay for a long time!»

«We know the hotel can't control the weather, but we were surprised by the lack of effort to offer some kid friendly activities with 4 straight days of rain.
Other issues we encountered:
1) our shower looked like it was never cleaned. The same 2 pieces of hair were stuck on the tile when we arrived and left. Lots of mold too.
2) my husband took my tween daughters to the gym with him (since we were all going stir crazy from the 3rd straight day of rain!) They were rudely informed at the desk ...
