We were pleased with the location of the house as it was central to all of Cape Cod. The home was as described on the listing. We enjoyed the firepit a couple of evenings. We stayed for 2 weeks. It would be great if some basic cleaning supplies were available for longer stay guests like a degreaser for the stove and kitchen counters or toilet bowl cleaners. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded. For instance, there were 2 1/2 knives: a paring knife, a serrated cheese knife, and half a chef's knife. We had nothing that was large enough to cut a large vegetable or meat. The sliding doors to the back porch need to be serviced as well. The owners have a lovely house, but they are not well served by the property manager, Mary Lynn. We had reserved the house several months prior to the dates we were to use it. A few weeks prior to our arrival, I messaged her during business hours on a weekday with some questions. Her response was agitated and harsh and I received a reply that included a rant about her children. She easily could have resolved her problems with her kids then responded professionally when she was able. Upon our departure, she messaged complaining that we had improperly locked the door and the maids could not get in and she was out of state. A few hours later she acknowledged that the door was swollen as we told her and the maids did, in fact get in. Hopefully, the owners will read this.
