  • This beautiful, light-filled home offers the perfect Cape Cod getaway, sleeping up to 12 guests in comfort. Just a short 5–7 minute walk (.3 miles) to the beach, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time.

    The main level features an airy living area with oversized windows and a large TV, along with an open-concept kitchen that includes a kitchen island and dining table—perfect for gathering and entertaining. Two en suite bedrooms are also located on the first floor, providing convenient and private accommodations.

    Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a loft area, ideal for extra guests or a quiet reading nook. A full-size bathroom is accessible from the hallway on this level, making the home comfortable and functional for larger groups.

    Step outside to enjoy cozy outdoor seating and a spacious lawn—ideal for lawn games or simply relaxing under the stars on warm summer nights. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time using Murray rentals and we haven’t been disappointed. We enjoyed the house and the location. We would certainly stay here next year if we have the same number of people. The key words are clean and comfortable. We had to get used to the downstairs bathroom being connected to the downstairs bedroom ( shared by everyone during the day and the person staying in the bedroom.)Everything we needed in the kitchen was there for those of us who wanted to prepare a dinner. The beach is within walking distance. Being able to take a warm shower outside before entering the house was nice. Our bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and no one complained about the beds in the other rooms.Being near to Hyannis is always a plus for us. We also enjoy renting bicycles to ride along the Cape Cod Rail trail. Thank you for helping us have another enjoyable summer vacation.
