Kick back and relax with Netflix in the comfort of the ducted air conditioning throughout the home, or enjoy some quality time while you challenge the kids to a board game!

The home is designed with inspiration from the beach, including woven and natural textures such as rattan and jute. Through use of natural light, soft tones, and a clean aesthetic, the home decor evokes the breeziness of the beach. Enjoy a morning coffee on the front patio sitting in full sun, or relax out the back in a more private setting where you can show off your culinary skills as you sizzle up a feast for the family on the webber BBQ.

Sleeping up to eight guests, turn in for the night across four plush bedrooms, one with ensuite, for a well rested nights sleep. When the urge to have your first swim of the day strikes, you'll find jaw-dropping beaches only minutes away. When you've had enough sun and sand, the outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off before retreating for the afternoon. South West Rocks is a haven for nature-lovers with a host of hiking trails. It’s home to the Trial Bay Gaol, a unique attraction that draws visitors from all over the world.

- This is a NO PET property. Fines will be incurred if pet/s are at the property.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
