The beds were so uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep the entire night. You could feel the springs just by laying your hand in the mattress. Also, the continental breakfast was canceled due to covid, but that wasn’t mentioned until after we boomed the hotel, checked in, and woke up the next morning looking for the breakfast room. And that was the whole reason we booked that specific hotel. They didn’t give us any vouchers to eat out, no discounts on the room. Seriously think the world is using covid as an excuse to justify awful customer service.
