We stayed during an ice storm… many things were shut down & not available around us but the staff who were there worked extra hard to keep everyone informed & went out of their way to make sure we were all safe! Thank God for them!

Check out time is 11 am. But be careful. Housekeeper will come in to your room to wake you up at 9:07 am. Not exactly sure why... may be they want to see you naked, or making love to your spause or what was their purpose...not sure

Rooms have plenty of space and are clean. Shower is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Area is beautiful. Close to Lookout Mountain.

The toilet paper roll was not changed from the stay prior. It had about a 3rd of a roll yet. I’ve used public restrooms so it’s not a huge deal but just kinda seems like they didn’t clean well if they do that. Also sliding shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Good enough. Not great tho

First off, we have come to trust Holiday Inn Express hotels for their consistency of quality and amenities. Always someone at the front desk who is efficient with check in and helpful. Always a fairly fresh room - in terms of modernity - many very recently remodeled or updated - never foul old carpet or bad smells. Always a pool many times a hot tub. Always a breakfast that satisfies many diet types. This property was the only one that I've stayed at in the last 2 years that did not have a hot tub. A little bummed. The room had some kind of sticky stuff on the tile part of the floor and that made us not really trust the cleanliness of the carpet. The AC unit was as loud as a freight train and the room temp overnight did not stay constant, it went from too warm to too cold like a yo yo. Did not sleep well. And that is basically what you're there to do when staying at a place like this on a long road trip. We also wanted a King bed, but we got 2 queens. Not the end of the world.

This was a quick stay. In late in the evening and out early the next day. Check in was quick and the clerk was very nice. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. The fruit was abysmal but I'm guessing not too many people eat the fruit but me.

Staff service level is very good!
The service and consideration by the staff and when I have called to get help or have questions has been GREAT! They are always so helpful and thoughtful, take time to address any comments I leave or requests. I stay here when I go to my HQ in Jasper every time now due to this vs. the other hotels in the immediate area. They accommodate me always if possible and respond quickly.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and decent breakfast. Great shower. They allow pets for a reasonable fee ($25) which was great for us traveling back and forth from Michigan to Florida. Will stay again.
