This centrally air-conditioned condo is located on the side of this gulf-front complex, offering a small balcony where you can sip your coffee in the mornings with a partial glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, the living space is simple and well-maintained, offering comfortable furnishings, a flatscreen cable TV, and space to dine at both the four-person table and the four-person breakfast bar. The full kitchen is equipped with every essential appliance, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up at the end of the day. Additional amenities include a second flatscreen TV in the bedroom and free WiFi throughout the condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Wristbands are required during the month of March for anyone between the ages of 10 and 36. The wristbands can be purchased at the complex's office for $27 each.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
