    Suntide III will be undergoing a building restoration and spalling repair project from September 21, 2026 through March 19, 2027

    Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time

    Suntide III appreciates your understanding and patience as these important repairs are completed

Roberto Molano

On Thursday, the microwave stopped working. We reported the issue to the front desk and requested a solution, but it was not resolved until Monday. Unfortunately, the responses we received were very limited, and no alternative options were offered to help us deal with the situation in the meantime.Additionally, on Sunday night, a bathroom hose broke, causing part of the room to flood. As a result, we had to vacate that room. This issue was not repaired until the following day.The attitude of the General Manager was very dismissive. He told us that there was nothing that could be done at that moment, and he did not even have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience and unpleasant situation we experienced.Please take my review into consideration. Aside from these issues, we had a very nice time with our family.I would strongly recommend having more options and solutions available when these types of situations arise, as these are things that can happen to any guest. What makes the difference is how the hotel responds and takes care of its guests when they do.
