I like this property the host was very attentive, I really dislike the checkin process and the staff at check in, rude, we got there was told to write down everyones name on a sheet of paper along with each number on the wrist bands, proceeds to hand us the wrist bands as we are unloading our luggage he walks towards us and insists on putting on the wrist bands right away as if he didn’t just see us check in, wouldn’t even give us time to get into the room. That is the only thing I dislike about this property, I have stayed at other properties and have not been asked to wear a wristband, its almost as if they want to differentiate who owns a property there because they don’t wear a wristband and who is a paid rental customer.

Great Family Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our whole family. We each had our own bathrooms. The manager messaged me ahead of time and gave us all of the details of check in and recommended places to eat and things to do while we were there. That was so helpful and it made our stay so much better! If I were to critique anything it would be my mattress was too firm but that’s just my opinion. Will stay here again when we come back!

Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to use in the well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues that weren't resolved during our stay due to staffing issues. Certainly not the fault of the owner. Jerry got back to us promptly about the situation. The three bedrooms with three baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.
