Wonderful stay!

Definitely a gem of a place for a beach vacay! Townhouse matched the pics exactly except it felt even bigger in person. We had everything we could need! Lynnette supplied all the necessities as well as a surprise basket of snacks! We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to beach access. It fit all of our needs! We had an amazing stay!

Great Family Getaway

Book this home, you won't regret it! We booked this house for a short trip, just after Christmas! The house is literally 1 block to beach access! We walked there every morning to watch the sunrise and shell. We have a family of 5 and had so much space. The hosts provided so many little extras like beach toys, wagon, chairs and rolling cooler! The pool in the back was great and it is heated, so for the chillier nights,temps can adjusted, if needed. Plenty of utensils and kitchen appliances. Large dining table and comfy reclining chairs to watch a movie! Bathrooms were very sanitary and cleaned with a seal! Its a perfect spot to get away, a wonderful home away from home. So many things to do in South Padre and this house is no more than 10 minutes to everything! Communication with the host was easy and they are quiet genuinely wonderful people! We had a great stay! people people!people! Youpeople s! T

Perfect home away from home.

The home was perfect. Everything was just as pictured. They had everything we needed to make our stay great. Host were amazing at communicating and letting us know everything we needed to be prepared for our trip. The whole house is just amazing. The pool is amazing for a night dip after being in the heat all day. It is literally a 1-2 minute walk from the beach and close to everything. We will definetly be back!

Wonderful time

The home was exactly how it looked online. Very close to beach. It had everything you could imagine and more. The beds were comfy, pillows great. Table was nice and big for our family dinners. The back yard was set up adorable and we, especially the kids really enjoyed the pool. Thank you so much! We will for sure stay here again when we return to SPI

Absolutely Wonderful Experience!

I rented this property for a family getaway and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! From the proximity to the beach to the backyard pool and lounging area, we had a blast! The owners were very responsive and did so promptly, although we only had a few questions, no issues at all with the property. We’re coming back next year and this will be out home away from home!

Perfect property

Traveled to SPI from San Antonio with my 17 year old daughter and 4 of her friends. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Very close and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals as well as extras such as a blender, toaster, and full size coffee maker. The pool was a great place to gather and relax after a full day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the house comes with a beach wagon, ample beach toys, boogie boards and beach towels. The owners truly thought of everything a family may need for a day (or days) of fun in the sun. Another nice touch is the availability of staple pantry items. As guest check in/out there are some items left behind such as salt/pepper, spices, etc. My recommendation would be to check it out before heading to the grocery store. This was a great trip and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and well appointed place to stay. Also, be sure to check out Kics ice cream close to the house. In my opinion, best on the island.

Fantastic location with all of the amenities, great owners!

Owners really put a lot of effort into making your stay comfortable and making sure you have everything you need. House is in a great location, is very clean and modern, and all of the small touches add up to a very pleasant stay. Communication is excellent and they are very pleasant to deal with. Excellent accommodations

This townhouse was clean and well equipped to accommodate our family of 5 adults and 3 kids. It is just a short walk to a really nice beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach toys provided. And the wagon to transport things to the beach was much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

We were so pleased with the location of this property! It is steps away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, groceries and some shops. It was very clean and well appointed. We had a little problem with the A/C temp on arrival but the owner responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. The pool area out back is really lovely and the sun shade over the pool was a pleasant surprise. Just one note if you are a light sleeper...the A/C is quite loud in the downstairs bedroom. We travelled over 4th of July weekend so there was some neighborhood noise late into night, but the area of beach close to the house was not that busy which was great. Also, we could see the fireworks from the deck above the back patio. What a bonus!!

The Sweet Spot Of SPI!

Beautiful home! Wonderful host! I couldn’t have picked a better spot for my family getaway. I was a bit nervous about booking a property with a pool having a toddler, but this home comes with safe guards that gave me great peace. This home really is a dream with the tv outside and the deck… we watched a fireworks show from the deck! You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

Ah-Mazing!

This was the nicest rental we've stayed at in years. The kitchen had every appliance you could possibly need, the laundry was stocked, the beach accessories were great. I could NOT keep the kids out of the pool. We didn't even need to leave the property to have an amazing vacation. 10/10 we will for sure book again!
