Padre Oasis #302 is a spacious 2 bedr / 2 bath condo w/oversized patio overlooking pool & hot tub with BBQ grill.



* Quiet family complex 1/2 a block to beach - tad dated inside. Elevator



* Queen bed in Master, 2 full beds in 2nd bedr, sofa bed in living room + airbed



* Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc ready to make family meals w/eat in counter. Elevator



* High speed WIfi/internet. Shared washer & dryer each floor

The Space:

Padre Oasis is a very private & quiet complex with a nice pool, hot tub & courtyard area well hidden behind it's high, unique walls.



This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium is perfectly located 1/2 a block from the beach and public beach access on the east side of Padre Blvd closest to the water.



The condo features a large living area, spacious bedrooms, large balcony overlooking the pool area with charcoal BBQ grill (we don't provide charcoal please bring if you want to use) and has a shared washer/dryer on premise.



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook great family meals here and save money on restaurants some - plus this older space will still make you feel at home.



While this is a 3rd floor unit, there is an elevator.



The complex has a great pool area with lounge chairs that feels like you are in the backyard, and is in close proximity to shops and restaurant here on South Padre Island. Walk to Kelly's Irish Pub, or hit the beach and walk down to Bar Louie, Clayton's or Barry's Beach Bar.



Exact bedding is a queen in the master bedroom with en suite full bathroom + a flat screen TV to wind down after the beach. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds, and the living room has a pull out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. We do provide an airbed and pump "just in case." Please note - this property strictly allows a max of 6 humans - yes infants are humans my people despite what Airbnb says :) Can't go over 6.



Condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd, 78597 open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm.We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.



Please understand the property is not party oriented and on the quiet side. This is not a partially or fully remodeled space, however still very clean and functional. The patio overlooks the pool area + has an outdoor dining set for cards, margaritas, or munching down fajitas off the grill!



While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



You simply must read & agree to all house rules prior to booking as this property has several unique rules,



Wristbands use per person may be required at all times, please we cannot waive this.

If you are NOT 25 years of age as the primary tenant, you cannot book here.



Additionally the property only provide (1) off street parking space for a 2 bedroom.



An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file with airbnb



Guest must assure against damages after booking is made via 2 choices:



Option ONE: you will be billed a 1 time $59 damage waiver fee



OR choose



Option TWO we can do a $500 refundable damage deposit. Either one is billed via the airbnb resolution center. We do auto bill prior to arrival via the airbnb resolution center for the $59 fee as that is what most guests choose.



Please message us if you would like to do the refundable $500 damage deposit instead - like we said the HOA has several unique rules - but this does make the property very private and well run!



An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City



Please do not hesitate to ask questions before you book - we would love to earn your stay but we do have a strict cancel policy so please do ask prior rather than after. Thank you so very much :)



Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request just ask for the # if you want it.



Guest Access:

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.



You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request.



You will not be allowed to check in if you as the primary guest is not 25 years of age, property is strict. Yes you can have kiddos just primary guest must be 25 we cannot waive that :)



We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.
