Welcome to our beautiful condo at Seville Condominiums! This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom family friendly condo located on the first floor just steps away from the beach! It's equipped with everything you'll need for a perfect, fun, and relaxed getaway vacation!

No spring breakers allowed

This condo is located on the first floor of the building, and it's only one of four condos with direct access to the patio where kids can have fun and play around. When you first come in and walk down the hall you'll be greeted with the spacious living room and kitchen. Before this, in the hall, you'll see the doors to the washer and dryer, as well as the entrance to two bedrooms.

Living Room
The living room has big mirrors on the back that help the room look larger and brighter. It's got a dining table and two beautiful leather couches where you can sit to watch your favorite movie on our brand new Samsung 65" TV. With te TV you have access to a Spectrum cable box where you can watch all your favorite sports teams and all the streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video and Disney +. To the left of the TV there is a tall cabinet which has board games that you can use.

Kitchen
The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for your vacation. I has a big fridge, pans, dishware, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, stove and an oven. It also has all the basic spices and kitchen utensils as well.

Master Bedroom
From the living room you can access the master bedroom, where you'll have a king size bed, blackout curtains, a walk in closet as well as some drawers, a private bathroom and a brand new 40" Samsung TV with access to the Spectrum app and all streaming services. Of course you will have all the basics like clean towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.

2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom features two double beds, a blackout curtain, a closet behind the mirrors, some drawers, a tv with a Spectrum cable box, and a bathroom that can also be used as the guests bathroom as it has two doors. One from the hall and one from the bedroom.

3rd Bedroom
The third bedroom features 4 twin beds (2 trundle beds), a blackout curtain, some drawers, a tv with an Apple TV, a private bathroom, and a closet behind the mirrors.

Guest Access
From the patio to the right you'll have access to the public pool area that includes the two pools, the jacuzzi, the bathrooms, and of course the chairs and tables. In there is the gate with the wooden stairs that take you directly to the beach. It has a code that will be given to you the day before your arrival (It's the same code as the main gate code). When you come back from the beach make sure to wash your things to rinse off the sand so we can keep the pools clean.

We will provide you with beach towels so don't worry about that.
