The Space:

This condo is in a great location and should check all the boxes for families. Located on east Bahama street, you can walk to over a dozen bars & restaurants plus it is less than 1 block to the public beach access end of street.



While we don't provide a grill, you're welcome to bring a gas or electric grill just NO charcoal or woodburning grills are allowed on property.



For families on a budget looking alot of sleeping space, this two bedroom has more than the norm. Our master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two newer bunk beds that are like adult sized with full sized mattresses. The living room has a small pul out couch



*Free Parking Off Street



While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



You can fur sure walk to the beach without having to cross the busy Padre Blvd (main drag) as Mar y Sol is on the east side (beachside) of Padre blvd. This 8 plex that has a simple pool though not heated.



Our entire condo was repainted Jan 1 of 2023 so it is a fresh, newer and clean feel inside. The kitchen has open concept with a nice counter top / bar that you can easily serve a family meals off of. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/utencils/a blender and coffee maker so ready for you



This 2nd floor unit that requires you to go up one flight of stairs, it has high speed wifi though on the Island internet is sometimes spotty. Linens and towels are provided, A basic starter pack of toiletries are provided, like soaps, a start pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash bags as well as coffee. These are not unlimited nor restocked, please be aware.

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made



Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.



Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements



We do also require a signed digital rental agreement with a pic of your photo ID. to maintain our short term occupancy permit with the City of South Padre. This permit number is available upon request as Airbnb does not allow us to display it.



We will NOT issue refunds after booking is made due to these requirements.



Guest Access:

As a guest, you'll have full access to the entire 2nd-floor condo. This includes two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom (the bunk room) with two full-sized bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms, a living room with a pull-out couch, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy the complex's outdoor pool. Free off-street parking is provided. The beach is less than a block away, easily accessible on foot. Remember, you're welcome to bring a gas or electric grill (no charcoal or woodburning grills).

Nestled on East Bahama Street, our condo puts you in the heart of the action! You're less than a block from the beach, making those sun-soaked days effortlessly accessible. A short stroll will lead you to a variety of dining options and lively bars – perfect for enjoying South Padre Island's vibrant nightlife. Explore local shops for souvenirs or grab a quick bite. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere and walkability, allowing you to experience the best of the island without needing a car. Everything you need is right at your fingertips!



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy! While our condo offers free off-street parking, you might also consider exploring the island on foot or by golf cart, a popular way to get around. The beach and many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. For longer trips, ride-sharing services are available. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 35-minute drive away. Please note that public transportation options on the island are limited.



Other Things to Note:

Important details to note for your stay: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please be aware that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in. A signed rental agreement and a photo ID are required after booking, which you will receive via email. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, including infants. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Free off-street parking is provided, and while you're welcome to bring a gas or electric grill, charcoal and wood-burning grills are prohibited. The kitchen is equipped with essentials, but starter supplies of toiletries and paper goods are provided and not restocked. Please ensure all dishes are washed and the trash is taken out upon check-out. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. For any questions, please contact us at South Padre Trips.
