Totally remodeled condo with lots of floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the gulf inside as well as out. New modern furnishings and decor create a soothing coastal atmosphere.
The king bedroom overlooks the ocean and has it's own balcony. It's ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower. Another bath has two sinks and a tub with shower. A second bedroom has a full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The living room's leather sectional has a sofa sleeper. There is a washer & dryer for guests in the condo.
Just on the other side of the garage is the gated pool (heated seasonally) & hot tub area. From there you are just a few steps down the sandy path to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Easy walking distance to Wanna Wanna, Claytons, Kelly's Pub, Cafe Karma, Parrot Eyes.
Located on the north side of the island, Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle!
The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm.

Florence II is a family-oriented complex. During Spring Break guests must be over age 25 or traveling as a family unit of parents with children. These dates change each year. Please reach out prior to booking if you need more info about dates.
