Bare ombygd i mai 2017!

Velkommen til 204 W Acapulco. Dette 8-roms hjemmet kan skilte med 4300 kvadratmeter og kan sove opptil 27 personer i senger, noe som gjør det til en fremste ferieeiendom for store familiegrupper. Denne eiendommen ble nettopp ombygd i mai 2017 og har alle helt nye møbler og apparater! Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med alle oppvask, gryter, panner, kjøkkenutstyr og nye apparater i rustfritt stål du trenger for å tilberede deilige måltider. Stue i første etasje er utstyrt med et biljardbord i tillegg til en 70 "HDTV. Bakgården er lett tilgjengelig gjennom stue / spisestue. Denne vakkert anlagte bakgården tilbyr et privat oppvarmet basseng og boblebad der gjestene kan slappe av og la bekymringene flyte bort med øybrisen. Dette hjemmet har flere balkonger ... 1400 kvadratmeter med balkonger! 2. og 3. etasje har balkonger på forsiden og baksiden av huset. Disse balkongene er lett tilgjengelige fra soverommene og gir et flott område for utsikt over bukten. Gjestene kan parkere kjøretøyene sine i det romslige to garasjeanlegget og i oppkjørselen.

Dette hjemmet ligger i gangavstand fra underholdningsområdet, lokale butikker og restauranter, så du er aldri så langt unna en god tid. Med to separate oppholdsrom og et solrom i 3. etasje er det god plass for hele familien å slappe av når de ikke er ute ved bassenget. Seks store flatskjerm-TV-er betyr at ingen vil måtte gå glipp av storspillet eller favorittprogrammet. Hvis du vil komme ut av huset, er Sandy Beaches på South Padre Island bare noen minutter unna. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our large group. The backyard is well fenced in. The pool and hot tub were clean. The best part was that we were allowed to check in an hour hourly, which was when we arrived.

The property was comfortable, the pool was dirty the first night not able to use the pool the first night, and the trash cans in the house were extremely dirty. There was a power outage for about 10 hrs on Saturday making our whole day awful and hot in the house and our food went bad. And pet friendly we couldn't take our pet not realizing the pet restrictions were 30lbs and under.

Great getaway

House was huge, we had rooms that no one used. The pool and hot tub were a little dirty but not bad enough from stopping us from jumping in. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful spacious home

This home was big enough for my whole family of 16 people. The rooms are the size of a hotel room. My family had a blast. Everything is walking distance. The neighbors were friendly.The only down side was racial slurs yelled at my children.

25 person family vacay

Loved the location, layout, and amenities of this property. There was plenty of room for our large family to be together yet have their own space. 10/10 would recommend. The only slightly off putting part of our stay was the check in process. We booked for Christmas Day and called/inquired several times to make sure they would be open and available. We received a text that same day that they would be closing early and we would need to check in 2 hours before our original check in time.that caused us a bit of anxiety, but ultimately got it figured out. Annual Hunting/Fishing Trip

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this house. For the most part it is perfect. However, the Stove needs to be replaced. It takes forever to cook on the stove and the oven has a burnt out element. In addition, the fire detectors constantly go off when the kitchen gets smoky making bacon.

Six day stay

Very good location to activity and close to beach. House was very unclean and beds are very uncomfortable. In the room across from the bathroom the sheets didn’t even fit the bed. We found dirty underwear left in the house from the last renters. The washer and dryer do not work well: the dryer didn’t dry anything unless it was one or two items and if we used the dryer and left the bedroom open it sets off the smoke detector. The outside of the house is very very dirty. The amount of hair we found in the pool things that you should clean out was disgusting we almost could have made a sweater! We made the best of the situation and enjoyed our trip but for what you charge for that house it should have been much cleaner!

Perfect

We had 16 stay altogether (a mixture of adults and teenagers). The stay was perfect! Plenty of room, and it was in a wonderful location with everything in walking distance. Check in was easy, and everyone I talked to with the process was friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this place again to stay at in the future!

Great house for a large group

We had a great stay. I only marked it down because there was construction on both sides of the house so it was pretty noisy and they started early in the morning. The house was great for our large group. The house is definitely older and a little run down-but worked great for what we needed. So if you are wanting a brand new house, this one is not for you. Because the house is older, it didnt feel as clean to me. But again, worked great for what we needed!

It’s functional

Our family stayed there for a reunion of 22 people. Based on the pictures and the cost of the property, we expected to be walking into a much higher quality house. While it fit our needs in size and number of rooms, it was severely outdated. The furniture was pretty trashed, and the interior and exterior of the house needed updating. Many appliances were broken or unusable, including the grill, which we intended to use and couldn’t. The outdoor furniture smelled moldy, and should be replaced. There was also construction that caused a noise disturbance happening right next to the house the whole time we were there, and we weren’t notified that would be happening. There were not any cleaning items to use, and when we requested a broom, it was very obviously the cheapest broom they could buy from the local store. We were also notified well after our refund date that we would not be receiving any basic paper staples or anything to start with including trash bags and toilet paper, which also felt misleading based on the price. Overall, it worked for our needs, but for the price we expected a lot more than what we received

Annual Family Vacation

The property was nice, we had a great time and a great work out climbing the stairs. Wifi wasn’t too great but luckily we were there for the beach and pool. Highly recommend, big cozy house for a large group. The house had, napkins, toilet paper, detergent, dish soap and a sponge to clean dishes wish. There was also a dishwasher with soap.

How to describe my stay?

First off, let me qualify my review by saying, I normally only give a review if the property is exceptional or if it was a disaster. This property was neither. But, due to the large amount I paid to stay here, it warrents my honest review. Our week stay (Saturday-Friday) was over $10,000. This property housed all 22 of us with plenty of room. Our group consisted of 9 adults and 13 children, ages 16-6 years old. One teen slept on a futon in an out-of-the-way hallway on the 3rd floor. All others slept in bedrooms. The property is interesting, it's a large old house that has probably been modified a few times. Quite frankly, it is in need of a makeover. This home has been used heavily and it shows. There are signs of use and abuse everywhere. Kitchen cabinet doors are broken, doors to bedrooms don't open as thy should, tile is broken and duck-taped in place, refrigerator door handles are misaligned, furniture is old and very tired looking. The place is functional, especially for a large group, but that is all. I definitely expected more for what I paid. One great aspect was the air-conditioning. The property has two units, as it should. Once we figured that out and reset the thermostats to a comfortable temperature, we were able to handle staying in this broken down old home. The supposedly well-stocked kitchen is a miss mash of whatever is working and leftover. Nothing matches, several different plates, bowls, pots with lids that don't fit, etc. No, I would not return!

Couples Group Vacation

There was plenty of space plus extra for the 10 of us that stayed. It was like being on vacation with a group of people but also having enough space to have your own time your spouse! SPI was very prompt and responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We had a great time and would stay at this property again!

Great location, very clean, plenty of room for 14.

We had a great time at this rental. Great location and within walking distance to everything. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The pool table was also great. Nice big kitchen which was well stocked. The only problem was the water had to be turned off part of a day because of a city issue. We celebrated two birthdays and our 50th wedding anniversary. Perfect place for our whole family. Thank you for a very memorable vacation with our family.

Business trip

Plenty of room for my team of five. This is a very nice property close to both beach and bay. Easy check in/out, just wish we could check in early. Otherwise, property is close to several stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also a bus on the island but we didn't use it. Beds were comfy, a/c was perfect, and kitchen was adequate with plenty of utensils. We did not have any issues during our visit and SPI rentals was very commincative from booking, arrival, and check out. I'd definitely recommend this property for any group outing.

Great house

Booked for a family vacation (15 people) and everyone was able to have their own space. Third floor bunks room was a little hotter than the rest though. Other than that kitchen was big enough for half the family to be doing things and still move around. Will definitely book again if have that many people.

Great stay

We had a group of 21 people who stayed at this house. There was plenty of room and the house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were larger than they looked in the pictures. We loved using the pool and hot tub in the evenings after long days of doing things around the island. We enjoyed our stay very much and I would recommend this house to anyone.

40th Birthday

We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. We did have a nice time. The location was great! A few things that need work was housekeeping and items for the house. Definitely should invest in plastic cups for a house that has an amazing pool. Glad we had the chance to stay at this VRBO / SPI property.

Our Family Vacation on South Padre Island

While the house had the required space needed for all family members, with large bedrooms, the house and patio furniture were not at all clean. Everything outside had to be cleaned by me/us before using. The kitchen drawers were equally unclean and consequently we did not use ANY of them. The cloth furniture was full of spots and stains. We were grateful there was no carpeting, and actually, we would have not stayed had there been. The pools flirtation system left a lot to be desired as well as the way the pool heat/hot tub worked. You could either run the heat through one or the other, not both at the same time. With ages from 81 down to 12 there were some members of the family that never got in due to the temperature being too cold. Also the water was very cloudy, giving thought to its sanitation. On the plus side I can say when we called about the pool someone came over quickly to show us how to alternate between the pool and hot tub, not an ideal situation. Also when we used the BBQ management was called and quickly came with a stick lighter to get the propane lit. I'm really shocked that you could charge me a cleaning fee when we probably left the place cleaner than when we found it. For that amount of rent all of the interior cloth couches and chairs need a deep cleaning or replacement and all the patio furniture, with the exception of the table & chair set should be replaced. Everyone in the family noted how much smaller the pool looked in person than online. We loved the island, this was our second trip, but sadly if choosing again we would not stay at that location. Clearly the pictures online were taken when everything was brand new, with a wide angle lens, and not the way it REALLY looks.

Great Size Home for a Large family

Amazing location and next to everything and walk-able for the entire trip. You rely do not need a car. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The pool is heated so even when it was cold the kids had something to do. The pool table and Foosball table helped on days it was too windy to go outside for the kids. Large bar area with fridge helped keep us organized and out of the kitchen for drinks.
