«Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! »

«My stay on 3rd floor was horrendous due to the upstairs ppl. They walked across the non- carpeted floors practically all nite. May have gotten 2 hrs sleep b4 I had to travel to Marco island for my son's wedding. I was told by front desk I would receive a 25% discount....I do not see it on my account...it still says $162....pending. This was the most terrible experience I have ever experienced in a hotel....seriously. I'll wait and see if the discount appears. Sidebar....the 2 ladies at the ...
