Perfect for families, w/ 2 living areas, plenty of games for entertainment, a large deck for gathering and outdoor dining, and a fenced yard for the dog. Located in Christmas Valley, providing a fast, easy route to all 3 major ski areas including Kirkwood, Sierra at Tahoe, and Heavenly Mountain Resort. This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 7. It cannot host more than 6 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

The Lazy Bear Cabin has 2 living areas! Upstairs you can find the main great room, featuring a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and tons of natural light flowing in through picturesque windows. Just off the living room is a second level deck, boasting unforgettable views of Echo Summit. In the downstairs living area, you can find even more fun! w/ foosball table and an assortment of board games, this room is just begging for some friendly competition.
This kitchen is perfect for the chef of the group. w/ tons of counter space, stainless-steel appliances, Jenn Air 2-burner stovetop w/BBQ grill burners, whipping up home cooked meals will be a delight. There are 4 bar stools for those that want to be part of the experience w/out getting their hands dirty as well as a dining table for 8. The best part? The remarkable views that accompany those delicious meals.
After a long day of exploring, retire to 1 of 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom can be found upstairs, ft. king bed, 42” TV, and workspace. Attached is an ensuite bathroom, featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. Bedroom 2 ft. Cal King-sized bed while Bedroom 3 has twin over twin bunk beds as well as an extra full bed. The shared bathroom downstairs features dual sinks and shower/tub combo. This home also has an additional half bath located in the upstairs hallway.
But the perks don’t stop there. This home also features front step heat mats, driveway pavers, and easy access through the garage, making those unprecedented harsh winters feel like a breeze.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed.There is a dog crate available for use. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
