This was exactly right for us. Pet friendly, convenient and nicely furnished with a small kitchen. So easy to walk into the village and a great spot to be in.

This property is in an excellent location and the staff are friendly and provided great service. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The property is old and needs a renovation. The cost is reasonable and makes it affordable for families.

The place we stayed in was not terrible, but it didn’t give you a feel of comfort. It is an older building that has been updated, but I feel that it had a cold vibe. Speaking of cold, the furnace noise could wake the dead. We were surprised to walk into our one bedroom that we reserved and have two full bedrooms. The walls are thin and floors are noisy. I am pretty sure we had kids above us doing the river dance in their si boots. Fortunately we were there to ski, so we didn’t spend all that much time in our room. The hot tub was small and always packed full.

Good clean big room with full kitchen and dining room. A few minute walk to the gondola and also has a good breakfast room. Only bad thing was hot tub was Luke warm. Otherwise good place in the village.

We loved our one night here and will return. A low-key and comfortable older lodge, great light filled lobby - other parts of facility are somewhat worn but overall clean and accommodating. Comfortable bed (and sofa bed too!), hot tub and heated pool. Spacious closets - ideal for storing winter ski/snow gear. Free parking, easy walk to Heavenly's Gondola and Ticket office (and all the other shops and restaurants). Nothing fancy but had more than everything we needed

Staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.The bathrooms need updating and better cleaning. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and had red nail polish, which looked like blood at first. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Hotel muy viejo, sin mantenimiento, los muebles viejos e incómodos, las camas viejas e incómodos incómodas, no hacen servicio a la habitación, solo cambian toallas y si lo solicitas. El desayuno muy malo y con mal servicio. Si vas de vacaciones a disfrutar no es una buena opción

Property is in a great location - just across the street from the Heavenly Gondola and Village. Suite was spacious, kitchen had basic pans and plates for cooking, bed was comfortable. Good amenities. There was bit of wear and tear, but overall we are very happy with our stay and will come back!

Great place to stay
Steps to the gondola. Right in the heart of the village. We received a welcome snack of cookies and hot chocolate. Free wine reception. Breakfast included and upgrade to a suite! I had to ask a couple times to turn up the heat in the hot tub but they did! Bring a robe for the cold evenings. Reasonable prices if not during a holiday. Lol.

Great location!!!! The suite was clean but was not in the greatest shape. Previous repairs were obvious since paint and grout didn’t not match in many spots. The couch in the main room was very uncomfortable to sit.
