«If you prefer a B & B experience over staying at a hotel, Dennis and Pam provide that. The facility is clean and comfortable and well maintained. Dennis and Pam and their dog Ralph are welcoming and hospitable. And it’s a short walk to local eateries. Breakfast was good and plentiful.»

«One of a kind experience staying right in front of the water in a boutique hotel. We watched the starry sky and sunrise as well as the hospitality from the staff and owner. We were also lucky enough to enjoy some amazing Bluff oysters jext door and the quality was amazing! The owner Andy is very chatty and accommodating which makes the stay more memorable!»

« Very nice - clean comfortable bedroom and nice common areas. Breakfast offerings were much more than we needed/wanted. The yogurt, fruit and toast were great. Coffee was a bit weak (but we prefer strong coffee or a flat white)»

«Just fantastic. John is a super host. We stayed in Mosgiel during the storm in oct -25. Total black out in the area. But John was prepared. Diesel generator, solar panels and batteries. And wifi was working the whole time. He even prepared for extra people, just in case. And the surroundings… well you have to see it. The apartement was great. Two bedrooms, three beds, kitchen, everything you need. »
