Who promised to fix it the next day...because she was half way home and she wasnt coming back. My "Disabled" wife walked in the lobby using her cane. I pushed our completely loaded luggage cart. Staff gave us a room on the second floor. Staff directed me to the elevators. However, THE HOTEL DOESNT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. ADA compliant...Hardly. Lobby was not air conditioned. 1970's ...

«The room was clean but there was no way to turn down the AC. The staff also accidentally overcharged us, and although they did fix it when we brought it up, it did make me a bit nervous that my friend would not get their money back! Overall not bad, but not sure if I would go back.»

«I waited close to 10 minutes at the front desk to check in because the front desk employee was sitting on the porch talking on her phone. She saw me walk in. She didn't come in until after a group of people came in together with their suitcases. She then kept yawning and wiping her eyes like she was too tired to check me in. I could not find an ice machine on the 2nd floor where my room was. I couldn't ask the front desk employee where it was because she was outside again, talking on her phone. ...

I could not stay there more than one night and the night. I did stay there I could not sleep. It was so nasty. I really do think you should give me my money back. one star is more than they deserve. They deserve -5 star.»
