«Staff immediately Double charged my card, handed their personal cell phone to me so I could speak with their manager. Who promised to fix it the next day...because she was half way home and she wasnt coming back. My "Disabled" wife walked in the lobby using her cane. I pushed our completely loaded luggage cart. Staff gave us a room on the second floor. Staff directed me to the elevators. However, THE HOTEL DOESNT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. ADA compliant...Hardly. Lobby was not air conditioned. 1970's ...

«The room was clean but there was no way to turn down the AC. The staff also accidentally overcharged us, and although they did fix it when we brought it up, it did make me a bit nervous that my friend would not get their money back! Overall not bad, but not sure if I would go back.»

«The room is outdated weathered and not happy that the floor kept getting all wet when we showered there were ants on our nightstand. However the room was clean and the staff was helpful, and I see construction being done in the property. Also breakfast was great. Just a suggestion, you should add breakfast potatoes that would have completed my breakfast. I will stay again»

«Room needed repairs. Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean. Some functional issues with water inside the hotel and outside with the pool but we're resolved immediately. Room maintenance needs improvement but an overall good property at a reasonable price.»

«Staff was very helpful, it’s just a bad property. Room smelled like mildew. No ventilation so I’m pretty sure it’s black mold in there. Price was $232 for night!! 5/10/2026! Highway Robbery!!»

«My senior citizen parents stayed here a few days while they visited for their grandson's high school graduation. They enjoyed the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for taking good care of them!»

«The guy at the desk was nice and all, but the hotel is terrible. My 1st room was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Floor looked grimy and unvacuumed and the back wall was stained and horrid looking. The room he switched me to, I didn't even look inside. I smelled urine as soon as I opened the door. I immediately recovered my deposit and demanded a refund for the reservation. If I could give 0 or even negative stars, I would. This place sucked!»

«Worst experience ever. The lady was sweeping trash out my room with a mop when I arrived. It smelt like pinesol and black & miles. I seen 4 roaches in 10 secs. I immediately left. Out of the $280 I spent, they only returned a $100. Expedia should be ashamed for having this property on there list and take it off.»
