Located in the heart of Downtown, just a few minute walk to South Beach.

Snuggled in the heart of the downtown above a store front sits this totally revamped 2 bedroom1 bath condo.
Exposed brick from the late 1800’s, high ceilings and all the comforts you’ll need to enjoy South Haven. Just steps from great shopping, restaurants and beaches, this is the perfect spot to call home base.
There is a full kitchen, a cozy gathering area and Swanky bar nook.
This is The Nests 2 nd season as a rental, so we allowing a minimum of 3 night stays, but we know you’ll want to stay longer with all there is to do in and around South Haven.
A great spot for remote workers or beach goers, you’ll love being right in the center of town.
19 steps to upstairs condo, no elevator. Free city parking behind building. No reserved parking.
There is a business under the condo that is open 10-7 each day. We expect respectful noise levels during those hours.
Very close to beach, shopping, winery's , brewery’s, blueberries farms and restaurants.

Me and my wife had a great time at the Nest. It was a great location and right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to the downtown area for shopping and local food places as well as out the back door to the Jazz Fest. The space was more than enough for us and was well kept. We didn’t want for anything. Very nice, neat and clean and super cozy. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves on our annual trip to South Haven.

Great no stress getaway

Charming Downtown Stay

We recently stayed at The Nest and overall had a nice experience. The location is great for being downtown—just steps from Clementine’s and a short walk to the river, where you can watch boats go by. South Beach is walkable, but it’s a bit of a haul if you’re carrying beach gear. It would’ve been nice if the condo included a couple of beach chairs, we had to bring our own.The unit itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer. It felt comfortable and well-maintained. However, we had consistent issues with the front door lock. Using the code rarely worked without multiple tries, and we ended up using the backup key most of the time. Since this seems to be a known issue, a door upgrade would be helpful.Parking is first come, first served behind the building—there’s no assigned spot. Also, the listing states two queen beds, but one was definitely closer to a full, which felt tight for two people. We were also surprised by the lack of basics—no coffee, filters, cream, or sugar, and the fridge was completely empty of condiments like ketchup or mustard. While we don’t expect a fully stocked pantry, most rentals include a few essentials.In summary, The Nest is a well-decorated and clean condo with a great downtown location — perfect if you want to be close to restaurants, shops, and the riverwalk. Just know that it’s a bit of a walk to South Beach, if you’re looking for a true beach rental

Girls Vacation

The Nest is centrally located to all sites and the beach. You can easily walk to the sites. South Haven is close to Orchards and Wineries in Fennville just off Star Highway. I would highly recommend the nest.

Dream Downtown Home

I rented for a week to stay for my birthday, and had some friends join me for the weekend. To start, this is in the PERFECT location. Right downtown making it simple to walk to restaurants and shopping, and also not a bad walk down to the beach if you’re not bringing a lot of gear. The place is very comfortable. Good sleep, bathroom/shower are very nice, stocked with kitchen supplies and essentials, laundry was nice! Most important to me is that this is just an incredibly beautiful place. All the decorations and design had me gushing for the first hour I was there. Honestly like my dream home, and it was hard to leave after the week. Highly recommend staying here, if only to experience it walking up the stairs and entering a beautiful home.

This is a lovely condo and decorated beautifully. It's downtown South Haven in a very convenient location. The agent, Renae, greeted us at our arrival and offered to help if we needed anything. It was super clean, had nice furniture, good windows, great dishes, glassware and cookware. It was a short walk to dining, beaches and shopping.

One of the best places We've ever stayed!

This lovely apartment is located in one of the best locations in downtown South Haven. You can walk anywhere. The apartment is great.....exactly what you would want. We'd give it more than 5 stars if we could!

Perfect home away from home!

My parents and I came here for my birthday/Mother’s Day weekend. This place is even nicer in person and is in a fantastic location, truly in the heart of the city and so close to the beach. We had such a relaxing weekend and even when it was raining, we had all the comforts and amenities as if we were in our own home so we could enjoy being inside! We will definitely recommend to all!
