This freshly updated house has it all! Easy 2 block walk to all the best restaurants and shops South Haven has to offer. Less than 1 mile to North Beach, South Beach, splash pad, and Kids' Corner Park. Lots of room to lounge and play in the spacious home, screen porch and huge FENCED backyard with patio and firepit. Bikes included to ride to the beach or take a cruise along the Kal-Haven trail. The perfect place for a family getaway.

The central location of this house makes for an EASY walk or bike ride to all the best South Haven attractions.

The house was very nice and clean with lots of activities available for any age! It was super close (about a 10 minute walk) to downtown South Haven and the beach. There were beach chairs and toys available from the host for the beach as well. The backyard was a big space and had a rope swing which was cool. Overall, great house for a weekend getaway!

The house was perfect! First floor bedroom with walk-in shower was exactly what we needed for my disabled Mom. We were able to walk to town. The house was fully loaded with all the essentials. It was a great stay and we made a lot of memories.

This property was perfect space for a mom/daughter trip of 7 (3 adults/4 kids). The location is perfect - easy walk to downtown South Haven. The house itself was clean and very spacious. Kids loved the tree swing in the back. The garage is full of beach chairs and a wagon which was very handy for our trip to the beach! Highly recommend!

Awesome place and location

This house was perfect for a girls weekend. Tons of space and set up was perfect. So close to downtown and beach. Never had to use car. The owner was great to work with and always fast to respond with questions. We recommend everyone to reserve those place for your vacation!!

Turned out great house in a perfect location. Accommodations were ideal for the family would definitely rent the property again. Was glad it was off-season even though the weather was warm crowded but not as crowded as summertime so we could get ourselves around. Thank you again.

Excellent home and location

This lovely home was perfect for our annual girls getaway. Spotless, well organized, great sunroom to relax, and enough seating in the living room for all 6 of us to sit and chat. We loved being able to walk everywhere. South Haven is just a charming town. Good shopping, great sunsets, and wonderful restaurants.

"Fantastic location and well-equipped home in South Haven!

This property on Phoenix Street is ideally situated, just a 5-minute walk from downtown South Haven and a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the lighthouse and beach. The location allows easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and the farmers market. The house was spotlessly clean and well-organized upon our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with ample silverware, dishware, cooking utensils, and pots/pans. Other essentials like soap and toilet paper were also provided in generous quantities. With four bedrooms, the house comfortably accommodated our group of four families. However, it's worth noting that the downstairs bedroom lacks a closet. The two full bathrooms, while a bit small and cramped for our group of 10, were functional. The common spaces were a highlight, with plenty of room for group meals in the dining room and gathering around the fire in the evenings. The four-seasons room was a perfect addition for enjoying morning coffee or bug-free evenings. A major plus was the garage, stocked with every beach toy, chair, and wagon needed for a great time at the beach. Holly, our host, was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. While the bathrooms were a bit tight for our large group, the overall experience was excellent. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to rent it again for future visits to South Haven.

Cute House close to town

Very cute house within walking distance to town. It was perfect for our bachlorette party of 9 girls! The homeowner was easy to work with and responded promptly. Highly recommend Holly as a host and her beautiful home.

Fantastic Find!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our time here was just perfect. South Haven is a perfect, charming town. This house was everything we wanted and needed and more. It felt like our every need was anticipated. Holly was an incredible host. She was super responsive and went above and beyond to have even the smallest things fixed or adjusted for us. I let her know their wagon wheel was broken and told her he was no big deal. But she had her handyman there as soon as possible and it was fixed right away. Plenty of dishes, even some basic pantry items, and the place was nice and clean. The bedding was super plush and comfortable. Very pleased and we’d love to come back!

Wonderful Extended Family Getaway
