Pre-Arrival Process:
To ensure a seamless check-in, we use a secure, web-based system called Happy Guest for our rental agreement, ID verification, and security hold. It’s a simple process you can complete on your phone, no app download is required.
• You will receive a link to complete these steps after booking.
• A security hold is placed on your credit card, similar to a hotel check-in. As an alternative, you may
purchase an optional, non-refundable damage waiver for $50 (for stays up to 10 nights).
• Please note: Arrival instructions will not be sent until these steps are completed, and refunds are not possible if they are skipped.
