The property is located just a few blocks away from the heart of Downtown (10 minute walk) and the beach is in walking distance as well (20 minutes give or take).

Parking: Private lot parking for up to 2 vehicles

Pets: Dogs are not allowed at this property

Beach Access: South Beach is only a quick 5 minute drive away
