«It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. «10-15 mins walk from Central Cardiff straight through the main street with it’s lovely arcades, pubs, cafés and bars. Got a top view from the hotel room over Cardiff Castle, although the windows where really dirty. Some construction work right outside the room in the fifth floor when I arrived. Didn’t borher me much, and they didn’t wake me up either. Friendly staff. Didn’t have breakfast there. Recommend The Main Street for that. »

«I had a lovely stay at the hotel. It's located right in the center of Cardiff, and my room had some great views on the castle. The entrance suggests that you enter a lush and luxurious hotel, with a hallway and staircase that remind us of lords and ladies of times gone by. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is a bit more down to earth. One elevator was out of service during my stay, the other one had issues. The rooms are a bit outdated, need a bit of maintenance, and the walls and doors ...
