«It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed.
Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views, ...

«Beautiful setting, very well looked after. The room was spotless it had everything you needed. A lovely welcome. We wanted to book in early as we had to be somewhere. The lovely lady on the phone arranged it no problem. I would highly recommend this place.»

«Beautiful hotel in Cardiff Bay. Rooms on 7th floor are excellent and staff throughout hotel were friendly and attentive. Always stay here when in Cardiff. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. »

«Easy check in service available by email, staff are very friendly. I had a good room that looks fresh and upto date and the bed was really comfortable, i normally find beds a problem but this was a good one. I have stayed here before when on business and would highly recommend.»

«Location is perfect! The room was a bit outdated, and could have been better cleaned. AC, but still quite hot. Breakfast good, but no vegetables. I forgot mye blouse in the room, did not realise before after leaving the city. Have tried to contact them, but no replies.....»
