Guest Access
You’re welcome to explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the property. For your safety, please stay within the main areas around the cabin, as the property covers over 300 acres and it’s easy to get lost. Do not enter other structures, including the garage, barn and water house.

Hocking Hills is lovely year-round, and each season has its own charm:

Winter: Snow, ice, and steep terrain are common. Snow removal is scheduled after measurable snowfall, but some snow may remain between plow visits. AWD or 4WD vehicles with good tires are strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for preparing their vehicles, including arranging towing if needed.

Spring & Summer: Enjoy blooming forests, lush greenery, and warm days. Trails may be muddy after rain, and wildlife may be active.

Fall: Experience vibrant foliage. Expect uneven terrain, wet leaves, and early frost in late fall.

As a rural property, you may also encounter insects like mosquitoes and spiders, and pollen may affect guests with allergies. These natural conditions are part of the area’s charm and do not qualify for refunds.
