The property was well-appointed with everything you would need for your stay!! The property was spacious and very clean. We (4 adults and one child) were very comfortable staying at this property. No issues with check-in or check-out. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The place was so nice, the place is more beautiful In person it was more then enough towels, blanket’s, pillows etc me and my family enjoyed our stay. Owners was very polite will definitely book again

Four of us recently stayed at this property while attending Notre Dame baseball games.. Everything is just as advertised, and we particularly enjoyed the fireplace. The host was very friendly and responded to any questions we had very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

Great communication with owner. Gave us lots of extra information on things to do and places to eat. House was very clean with lots of extra’s to add to our stay! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in South Bend.

Convenient location to Saint Mary's and Notre Dame. We even walked to a concert at Notre Dame Stadium. Yes it was a bit of a walk but for sure made it back before most could get out of parking lot or get an Uber.

What a great location and the bikes were key to avoid game day traffic. House book was super helpful and very easy check in and out. We enjoyed the back patio and corn hole pre game!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We were in town with our young adult children for a football game and the house was perfect for us. The location is great, the decor (Go Irish!) was perfect and the bedding and towels were of high quantity and comfortable. Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with and the house had all the amenities that we needed. We will definitely try to stay here again for next year’s game.

Cute, Clean and Convenient!

We had an easy stay. Close to campus, but a quiet neighborhood. Nicely upgraded kitchen and baths. New clean beds.Didn’t get a chance to utilize the basement, but would have been a great place to hang out with a group of friends.Super friendly host! This one will be on our list for future stays.

We enjoyed a delightful stay at The Nook. The location / proximity to our family living in the area was the primary reason we wanted to stay in the Triangle neighborhood. It’s just far enough away from “game day” traffic / parties. The house is nicely decorated and the furnishings were comfortable. Margaret was a delightful host and provided consistent communication prior to, during and after our stay.

Nice clean unit with updated interior mechanicals and furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio was well furnished, but there was no cover. It was an added bonus to have access to the garage and the basement game room was a nice surprise. On the other hand, the exterior was dated and could use some sprucing up

This was the perfect house for our stay. We had a competition at Notre Dame all week. It was very close and in a quiet very nice neighborhood. It is decorated well, and spares no detail. Very clean. Communication with owner was perfect and very friendly . We will be staying here next year and anytime we come to the South Bend area.

Perfect for us!

We stayed for one night in South Bend as a group of three couples attending a wedding in nearby Michigan, and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was clean, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The space was larger than expected, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their time together without feeling cramped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we really appreciated how easy and smooth the entire experience was. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area — 5 out of 5 stars!

Six members of my family traveled to South Bend for a family wedding. We all had a wonderful time staying at The North Shore Nook. The location was so convenient to the campus and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax but still be together to visit. The house and furnishings were super clean.The kitchen and fridge were stocked much better than any unit we have used in the past. Plenty of paper goods and condiments were provided. We appreciated the bowl of treats the host provided The landscaping and back yard were lovely and so nice to relax in. We did not have time to use the bicycles or the basement, but it was great to have them available.Margaret was excellent to communicate with and her instructions were clear, accurate, and complete.If we are ever in the area again we will look forward to staying at The Nook.
