I rented for my niece and her family who had to drive up from Texas for her grandmother's funeral. When they got here the room ordered 2 Queen beds turned into a King with a roll out bed. My niece called me and I was told nothing could be done because the reservation was made via 3rd party. I attempted to connect Expedia but could not. Because of the late hour and the stress of the situation we decided address the matter later. My niece told me that she was awakened very early by a dog barking non stop. Mgmt told her Larkspur was family and pet friendly but did go to checked on the matter. Mgmt did what little they could since the they other client was on an extended stay and had gone to work. Mgmt apologized for the problems and said all she could do was offer a 15% discount on our bill. I could nit find the confirmation of the room I requested to prove what I ordered. My credit card said I could dispute the charges but I would rather discuss the problems with you. I am sure of what I requested and would like know how this mixup started.You have my telephone number please call me asap.
