«I reached out the first night because multiple advertised amenities were not available. The front desk while very nice was unable to assist.
I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property.
Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice.
But we were very disappointed to find the rooftop lounge area advertised was an AI rendering.
We love promoting boutique hotels and honestly we prefer ...

«Great spot in the heart of Austin. The mermaid place was very beautiful and cozy with the whole environment being a big piece of art, made of many smaller pieces of art. Amenities are excellent, but the futons on the floor were rough on my husband’s back. Other than that, the hosts were great and we enjoyed meeting Lois and Stan.Highly recommend Ubers or other ride-shares to get to local eateries because parking is difficult to navigate. Really enjoyed the scooters in the city! »
