«Easy to checked in. Elevator wasn't working the whole weekend I was there. Front staff didn't made me aware that it wasn't working until I saw the, "out of order" sign.
I stayed in a suite, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen and living room area were fully equipped. As soon as I arrived, I checked the room. I noticed trash in the dining trash can, one of the glasses was still dirty and they had forgotten to put var soap. Everything else was in places
The room had no AC, so would need to leave ...

«When I saw the glass covering the front desk I knew it was a poor choice the hallway was dim and no circulating ac. My room was hot and I turned on ac and it was noisey. I then noticed the 2 locks on the door and door was loose. I then went to desk and politely asked for a refund. He said I could have another room and I stated I did NOT feel safe staying there and he would not return my money. I said that is fine and stopped payment on my card. Tried to contact Expedia and that was a wild goose ...
