Bad experience
Honestly this hotel is in desperate need for help. We stayed there for 7 nights and will never stay there again or recommend it to our friends and family. Hygiene: The roms were not clean and the beach area are full of garbage! Not good if you have children and unpleasent to see the beach area filthy. also the cleaning lady knew which day were our last and asked me for tip! I was very supriced since i have stayed in mostly 5 star hotels and never experienced this. The daily cleaning were not good. Food: the lunch bufeet is overprized and we got food poisened. The breakfast is terrible since none of it is fresh. It is seriously the Worst breakfast we have ever experienced. And also the resturant at both the 4th and 12th floor was not good. And for god sake this is a 5 star hotel with lots of international tourist you need to have english menues! Service: not good both at the breakfast area and the receptionists are extremely arrogant. I also remember ordering taxi to the zoo one day but we planned to go there the next suddenly the price were much more expensive and we felt cheated. Location: central and good Overall this hotel made our experience in Sousse bad and we will never travel back to the city or country again.

We have transmitted your comment on the cleanliness of the room and the housekeeper to our housekeeping manager and the appropriate measures will be taken. Please rest assured that we put the highest priority on ensuring all hotel areas and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Regarding our culinary offer, we wish to highlight that our kitchen team does its best to present buffets rich in local and international dishes made of fresh and high quality products. We also take food safety and hygiene extremely seriously in our hotel: Our Hygiene Officer conducts daily inspections regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all production and storage areas, and we send the food provided at our buffets for testing and analysis in Food Quality Laboratories, to avoid such incidents. As for our à la carte restaurants, Le 12ème and Le Must have earned their place as two of the best restaurants in town. They offer the greatest panoramic views of the city and the sea, and our Chefs are always preparing new and exquisite dishes that have constantly been praised by our guests. We apologize for any difficulty caused reading our menus, we are currently preparing menus in both French and English. We wish to assure you that the state of the beach was temporary and mainly due to the weather conditions. Our maintenance team is currently working hard to clean up the beach. Regarding the taxi fare, we would like to clarify that it is unfortunately not in our hands. Taxis use meters & fares are calculated automatically based on distance travelled & waiting time. Flott hotell, på stranden, med alt.
Virkelig flott hotell og utrolig hyggelig personale. For ikke å glemme personalet som jobber på stranden, føler at man blir godt passet på, oppmerksomme hele tiden. Flott frokostbufeet og kjempeflott spa-avdeling. Planlegger allerede tur dit til høsten.

Don’t expect a 5 star resort, that way you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was basic and basically terrible, salad bar looks old and not fresh, instant coffee, so little options and they only provide plastic mini spoons that are a danger, I almost cut my mouth with more than one of them. Buffet for dinner is a bit more reasonable. When I ask at reception for water as they didn’t provide in the room they send me to the bar and charge me for it. When we arrived they mentioned it was complementary in a place where drinking water is not available if is not bottled. For a place full of carpets for sale they should remove the ones in the Suite as they were super dirty.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!

Very Good 3 night stay.
Excellent value for money, perfect location in the town centre for walking to all sites and both train stations. Good wifi, good variety at breakfast and helpful staff. Had a nice view of hotel pool and the sea from my balcony. No issues at all.

Very convenient because at the very center of the city. It is supposedly a luxury hotel, swimming pool and access to the beach very good. Some details should be paid more attention to, like sweeping the floor well and keeping up with the furnishings but in overall very good.

I’ve stayed here many time before and the hotel is great. The location is really good. A stones throw from anything you want. But what’s makes this hotel so amazing is the staff. These guys went above and beyond to make my stay one I will remember forever. I want to thank everyone there and I would like to mention a few. I’m reception Mehdi. No request was to small and went out of his way to help. A great ambassador to the hotel. Abderrazek, Soumaya, Abir in reception. So friendly and helpful Sabri the security Mohamed, Jalel and Houssem in the bar. Service with a smile and great chats. And again all the staff were great. Will definitely come and stay again when I’m back.
