I travelled to Sousse with kids and stayed here as our first stop in Tunisia. Its a huge hotel with multiple building. Plentiful parking and it is very nice. Mist likely i booked the cheapest room so we were stuck in the building aaaallllll the way back. It was fine but positive its not as nice as the front building. Rooms and facility clean. Breakfast options were a lot. Staff were amazinh and so helpful. They helped us find local spots, which is what I look for. Overall, good. Pools were okay but nothing amazing. Beach is walking distance so very nice.

Alles war schön. Meer, Pool, Essen, Service, Umgebung. Einziges Manko war das WC ohne Sitz und ohne funktionierende Lüftung. Ich hatte zwar ein günstiges Zimmer, trotzdem ist so etwas nicht zumutbar.

Overall the check in was great and as we have stayed at this property was excellent. The evening staff was very good and I will be honest that I forgot the name of the desk staff. This man personally recognized my husband was from this area and was very pleasant with us and professional. In the evening, the staff changes and there were extremely unprofessional and rude front desk male staff that was so rude that we tried to avoid him. They only gave one room key for 3 guests and inconvenience to to guests. The food wasn’t great a lot of seafood and not a lot for other options. The entertainment was good and amenities were a good value for the price. Overall, I would return again but not do all inclusive as the coffee machine was always broken and enough options for non alcoholic

فندق رائع كل شيء جميل ما عدا سلوك بعض عمال المطعم الذين يقدمون خدمات تفضيلية للأوروبيين عكس العرب ونفس الشيء مع عمال البار الذين يبالغون في تفضيل الاوروبيين على التوانسة والجزاىريين يرج من القائمين على الفندق اتخاذ الاجراءات الردعية اللازمة لتاديب هؤلاء العمال وتعليمهم معنى الاحترافية في تقديم الخدمات للزبون بعيدا عن عرقه أو لونه او جنسه الشكر كل الشكر لعون الاستقبال في القمة ونفس الشيء لنادلة المطعم مريم

The room had lots of drawers and spotlessly clean. This hotel may not be highest quality but it is very clean and in an area that has access to transportation and lots of shops. Even the medina is walking distance. The grounds are extensive.

The beach was nice, Play area was OK, Animation was great. Food was OK , BUT The waitress were Tired . They put bread on most tables,with out anybody sitting on it. That means you can not sit on it. I was walking around with kids to find somewhere to sit in the restaurant. The Chefs were very nice and friendly.
