The space
The property features three spacious bedrooms, each with unique details exuding style and exclusivity. Furnished with the highest quality pieces, carefully selected for maximum comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes all high-end utensils. A beautiful pool with a jacuzzi provides the perfect setting to create truly unforgettable moments. In summary, this villa is a sanctuary where every detail radiates peace, tranquility, comfort, and style.

Guests have access to the entire property, except for the laundry room, which is private.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Please note that check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. We are not strict with these times, but if you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and it will be subject to availability.

• Vehicle Rental: Just let us know, and we can provide a VIP car rental service with vehicles starting from $50 (models from 2018 onward). Full-time drivers are also available at an additional cost.
• Private Chef: Should you need a private chef, we can connect you with a professional chef for a rate of $35 per person per day, which includes three meals daily.
• Transportation: If you’re not renting a vehicle but need transportation from the airport, we offer services at a minimum cost of $30. The price will depend on the number of adults and if there will be a stop at the supermarket.

• Welcome Center: The community has a 24-hour reception desk available to answer any questions, assist with emergencies, and provide general support.
• Restaurant: Just behind the Welcome Center is Castaway Restaurant, which also offers delivery service to the villa. Contact information will be shared in the check-in instructions.
• Water Park: In addition to your private pool, the community has a large public pool where you can enjoy the entire day for a cost of RD$150.
• Tennis Court: The community has a tennis court—just bring your rackets.
• Mini-Golf: The community includes a mini-golf course, perfect for families with children.
• Walking Trail: There are walking spaces in the community, ideal for outdoor exercise.
• Complimentary Shuttle Bus: The community offers a free shuttle bus that takes you to the Sosúa and Cabarete town centers every 30 minutes.

Important Notes During Your Stay:
• Cleaning Service: We provide cleaning every other day, typically starting at 10:00 a.m. Please note that our team will enter to clean even if you are not present in the villa. If you would prefer to skip cleaning on a particular day, let us know in advance.
• Water Supply: Upon arrival, you’ll receive a complimentary 1-gallon bottle of purified water. Refills are available for RD$150.
• Pool Operation: The pool is on a timer, and it will automatically turn on and off at scheduled intervals for optimal maintenance.
Villa Safe Instructions:
1. Remove the plastic cover inside the safe door.
Press the red button until you hear a beep.
Enter a 4-digit code that you will remember, then press "Enter."
2. Re-enter the 4-digit code and press "Enter" again to confirm. A beep will indicate the code is set.
3. Note: Please do not place items in the safe until you have successfully set your personal code.
If the safe isn’t functioning properly, it may require a key. Let us know if you need assistance. If a key is provided for the safe, please handle it carefully. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of RD$150.
Smoking Policy: For those who smoke, please do so outside the property. Use the provided ashtrays to avoid any accidental burns on furniture or utensils.

Some Community Rules to Keep in Mind:
• 1. Speed Limit: 30 KPH (18 MPH) within Casa Linda.
• 2. Car Windows: Lower windows when approaching security.
• 3. Parking: Stick to the assigned number of vehicles per space.
• 4. Motorcycles and ATVs: Not allowed for renters or visitors.
• 5. Visitors: May only drive inside when accompanied by the renter.
• 6. Unauthorized Taxis: Only registered taxis are permitted.
• 7. Villa Capacity: Maximum of two people per bedroom (except families).
• 8. Night Visits: One vehicle allowed after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends.
• 9. Special Events: Require approval from administration.
• 10. ID Requirement: Original IDs only for visitors; no photocopies.
• 11. Unregistered Visitors: Will be evicted and banned from Casa Linda.
• 12. Accompaniment: Visitors must always be with the renter.
• 13. Crowds: Not allowed at Casa Linda entrances.
• 14. Visitor Rules: Must comply with all community regulations.
• 15. Noise: Verbal/written warning; second offense leads to eviction and fine.
• 16. Music Hours: Allowed at moderate volume from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (weekends) and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (weekdays).
• 17. Zero Noise Tolerance: No loud noise or profanity after 10 p.m. (weekdays) and 11 p.m. (weekends).
• 18. Karaoke: Not allowed at any time.
• 19. Minors: Must be accompanied and registered at reception.
• 20. Weapons and Drugs: Prohibited in the entire community.
• 21. Drones: Not allowed without authorization.
• 22. Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for damages.
